I haven't been impressed by support. On the few occasions that I have contacted them, as a small customer, they haven't really seemed to care. My suggestions seem to go into a black hole and are never taken seriously. We don't have 1000s of licenses so I don't think they care. My experience has been that emails aren't really answered and no one really wants to look into the issues.

When we first onboarded with GoTo, the product was Jive. The Jive support engineers and technical people were phenomenal, they really knew their product, they were responsive and helpful, and issues got resolved quickly. It was extremely easy to contact them when we had issues. We loved the tech support and having a direct line to them at that point. After the rebrand to GoTo, our Jive engineers disappeared and it became difficult to get a ticket started let alone resolved. Tickets seem to fall into a black hole and I have to follow up multiple times just to get the ticket started even. Often the only way to get resolution or work done is to add our sales engineer to the support ticket. There isn't a clear line or way to support online to start a ticket. It's been extremely frustrating dealing with support because I have to constantly explain the issue over and over to multiple people and the technicians and engineers just don't know the product.

My experience with support, in two different offices has been very good. I only had one issue when the support person decided I was not eligible to receive support from Go To, but my Director was. When I called a second time, the service rep clearly saw that my name is listed to get support and handle the account management. Otherwise, the reps have been excellent.

Phone support has always been helpful, quick and efficient in helping me resolve issues I have had with phone system including setting up phones so that now I am able to do it myself with ease. They have been able to answer any questions I have thrown their way and provide remote support if needed.

Support used to be great when it was Jive support out of Utah. Now that they've offshored support it can be difficult to get a response. Our most common issues are least cost routing, and we run into support pushing back in stead of just figuring out which upstream carrier is having an issue like they used to. We often have to get our account manager involved, who is pretty strong.

I had only ever used the support team once, so my opinion is not based on extensive experience. Only for the initial onboarding period of time were they communicated with. All went smoothly, but I can't speak to larger issues that may occur and how the team responds

We LOVE GoToConnect support. Not only does it have great online documentation, but the staff at the call center are terrific. They are extremely knowledgeable and will stay with you until your problem is resolved. AND, even after the problem is resolved, the customer service department follows up to see if everything is okay and makes sure that the problem STAYS resolved.

I have had GREAT experiences with GoTo Connect support, and one not so great. The good far, far outweigh the bad. We needed the auto-provision feature of GoTo Connect to roll out a newer version of our phone's firmware. When we contacted support about this, they looked into our needs and agreed it was a good upgrade and they made the switch for us. That change saved us from having to do extensive reworking of our internal network, so I was thrilled with their help in that case. A few other less mission-critical matters have been hit and miss, but overall I give them a solid 8 out of 10.

In a Amazon world, everyone wants everything fast. But when your business communications are down you are in dire need. You must have faster than Amazon response. So far, with all of our UCaaS suppliers we support, GoTo has never wavered in that support. In a communications breakdown, they have always been first on the scene.

When we email or call GoToConnect support we get a quick response and a quick resolution to our problem or request. We have not yet been disappointed by GoToConnect's support whereas we were constantly disappointed by our previous company. You will find their support personnel knowledgeable, organized, and capable. Our previous provider usually took multiple calls and escalations for the simplest requests or problems to be resolved.

The support offered by GoToConnect is exceptional. Every agent I have spoken with has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I can say, I never ended a call frustrated or hung up because of a language barrier or an inability of the agent to resolve the issue at hand with one phone call. I absolutely love the fact that they not only stay on the phone with you to resolve an issue (no matter how long it takes), they follow up via email to make sure the issue was fully resolved. I can say that you all definitely have RingCentral beat from a customer service standpoint.

Support for GoToConnect is mostly off-shore. That being said, the majority of the time I have found their support agents to be knowledgeable, helpful, and quick at resolving our problems. One thing I think they should improve is that, before talking to an agent, they always require a short description to generate a ticket number for follow-up. For bigger problems, this follow-up is appreciated, but for quick questions when it is not needed it becomes more cumbersome to simply ask the question and get a quick answer.
