Implementation was admittedly challenging at times. Adopting change management that consisted changing process and culture, getting everyone to come on board and understand the overall vision was key but some individuals did not need to be apart of the initial meeting.

We used GoToMeeting to conduct virtual meetings, using both the audio conference bridge only as well as video when required. We also used it to provide remote IT support in one-one setting.

Our cost for Zoom was lower than GoToMeeting. The free tier of Zoom for 40 minute meetings is sufficient for most of our meetings.

MS Teams was included as part of our M365 subscription and integrates with all our other Office apps.
