GoTo Meeting is a great meeting tool. When meeting with clients it allows for creation and sharing of meeting rooms with meeting attendees; which allows for the control of attendees joining the session.

My favourite feature is that GoTo Meeting allows for the Pausing of screensharing. When I have to quickly change the screen and carry out activities that the client doesnt need to every step off, it allows my to pause the screen we were last on rather than just showing a blank screen.

It allows for slicker demos.

I think it struggles with recording in places, the meeting creation platform could be improved greatly.

GoTo Resolve and GoTo Meeting works efficiently with inter-business communication. Additionally, it has chat feature available so you may interact with the person assisting you. A fantastic tool that is quite simple to use. One of its disadvantage is that it keeps on running in the background.

GoTo Meeting isn't a bad solution. But GoTo Meeting is also not a good solution. The issue is there are so many different types of vendors that do the same thing as GoTo Meeting. Most of the time they will be competitive, but in my experience, other vendors are more willing to lower price in order to help close the deal. Not only that, most other providers have a smoother app on the desktop and phone.

It would be ideal for short team meetings as no account creation is required and users can join directly without any hassle. Another great scenario would be hosting training sessions, workshops, or interactive learning experiences and facilitating communication and collaboration among remote teams. I think the app would be less suitable for organizations requiring extensive customization in the meeting interface.

While GoToWebinar is a cheaper service and allows us to collect registrants location info (which is helpful for our company) compared to Zoom, overall I think it can be buggy and a bit unreliable. I've worked with tech support numerous times to resolve issues a with the webinar host video not appearing, the background not being able to be blurred and other technical issues. Overall, in my opinion, its just ok.

GoTo Meeting is well suited for meetings in our organizations, this can also be used for school or colleges for scheduling interactive calls between students and teachers or any other spoke persons. It is good for showing demo to clients and get their feedbacks.

This is not good for one to one meeting as for that it require additional setup to be installed.

I've used multiple different virtual meeting sites and this one works the best. All of our staff is able to log in and access remote meetings well and participate from remote clinics still.
