From LogMeIn, GoToMeeting is an online meeting, desktop sharing, and video conferencing software that enables users to connect via the internet. It hosts a suite of online meeting tools, including real-time screen sharing and integrated audio.https://media.trustradius.com/product-logos/3I/CZ/CJMTEKBSKLZT.PNGGoToMeeting is a No Brainer! We use it for remote desktop and for remote support sessions with vendors for the IT department.,Web Meetings Sharing of Screens Distributing Documents/Files,None,10,This purchase was a "No Brainer" it just fit into the vision and goals of the technology department and organization.,Zoom,Zoom, BlueJeans, Join.me,10,2,Reliability No Downtime/Buffering Ease of Use,We use it as advertised,None,10,No,Product Features Product Usability Product Reputation Prior Experience with the Product,Nothing to change,Implemented in-house,No,Change management was minimal,None,10,No,No,I have never had to contact support, the product just works.,10,Remote session itself Screen Sharing Chat File Sharing Screen Sharing,None,Yes, but I don't use it,10Great tool that helps connect with clients easilyMy company has clients across the globe, and with me being in the professional services team I need to interact with various clients on a daily basis to help them get the most out of our solutions. The way we achieve this is greatly helped by using GoToMeeting for our remote meetings both internally among team members and with the clients. Meetings are either status update catch-ups or working sessions using mostly audio and screen share.,Audio options. Screen share. Ad hoc meetings.,Ease of connecting Scheduling Meetings Improve taking control feature,8,Positive - it helps with remote meetings greatly Reduced travel costs,Skype and TeamViewer,Slack, JIRA Software, Atlassian Confluence,200,3,Client Meetings/Working Sessions Status Updates Ad hoc meetings Remote Training Sessions,Training Recordings Product Demos,8,Ad hoc meetings Screen Share Audio connection options,Calendar integration Assigning/taking control Co-organizers in calendar,Yes,8Feature-Packed, User Friendly Desktop SharingProfessional Services uses GTM and GTT for conference calls, desktop sharing, presentations, and to deliver product training. It is a reliable communication tool for a variety of applications.,GTM meetings and trainings are extremely easy to schedule and set-up. With just a few details, you can add a meeting and have a link ready to distribute. Once in the meeting or training, controls are intuitive and straightforward. I have had a number of occassions where 1st time presenters have needed to jump in and have managed without issue. Integration with mail service calendar is especially helpful. GTM can add all your meetings to your calendar and automatically sends email reminders to presenter and attendees.,Rarely, we will have a student who has a problem joining the training. Usually this relates to a security setting at their site which interferes with Citrix. This can be problematic if this is holding up the start of a training class. GTM customer service is very responsive and can walk the attendee through the issue, but it does take precious time to resolve. This really isn't a problem on the GTM side, but it is something we experience. Once a meeting has begun, settings cannot be adjusted. An example of where this might present a problem is if an attendee requests a toll-free dial-in after the meeting has started. 2 years ago I was able to inadvertently schedule 2 trainings on the same account 1 hour apart. When the 2nd training started, it knocked out the 1st training. I learned my lesson quickly on that mistake so I haven't repeated it and since it has been so long ago, the ability to double-book an account may have already been addressed.,10,GoToTraining has definitely had an impact on efficiency. We also use it to train internal students who otherwise would not be able to receive this critical information. GoToMeeting's conferencing ability allows even novice users to quickly schedule calls with customers. This is very important when a customer has limited time to meet or wants to meet about something urgently.,WebEx Meetings,2,10GoToMeeting ReviewGoToMeeting is used by my company to present our cloud-based services to prospective clients, to train new clients, and to conduct internal training. It is used across the whole organization. The majority of our sales are made over the phone, so presenting effectively via a web-based service is essential to our success. Additionally, most of our training is conducted via GoToMeeting, so it is an essential tool for our entire sales and implementation process.,GoToMeeting is flexible. I can present my product at anytime to anyone who has access to the internet. GoToMeeting is reliable. I have never experienced an "outage" of GoToMeeting. GoToMeeting is simple. Even potential clients who are "low level" technology users can use GoToMeeting. GoToMeeting documents who is attending my presentation, and I can communicate via text with one person or the whole group, so if there are some issues I can quickly address them.,GoToMeeting works best with MS PowerPoint, and not so great with "open office" products. Sometimes my clients' screens go to screen saver mode because they have had no activity on their end. It would be nice if GoToMeeting was able to "ping" their computer to keep their monitor active. It would be nice if I had a visual indicator when a client joined an active session. Sometimes people join late, and if they don't call the audio line I don't know they have joined.,10,GoToMeeting allows us to schedule potential clients into "group" presentations at pre-scheduled times. Any sales person can conduct the demonstration. This is more efficient for our organization. GoToMeeting allows us to close business much more faster than if we depended on "onsite" presentations. This provides an incredible cost savings as well as time savings.,10,5GoToMeeting lets my global customers connect by phone or VoIP flawlesslyThe whole organization uses GoToMeeting. We use it to deliver live sessions to small groups of customers, and we use it for Sales calls with prospective customers. It provides us a conference bridge integrated with slide and screen sharing (live demo) capabilities.,Industry standard. Most people I communicate with have at least heard of GTM, and many already use it, so it is familiar. I like that my customers--and I--have the option of VoIP or phone or some of each on the same session. I like that I have the option to record audio and video.,Sometimes it still requires attendees to download even if they've just used GTM that morning. Would love for GTM to interface with salesforce.com. Would like to have the ability to go above the 26 person limit on an as-needed basis and just pay extra for the additional attendees. It's very rare that we go over 26, so it's not worth buying GoToWebinar or GoToTraining, but I hate to just block people in those rare circumstances.,8,Clear communication, which leads to closing deals faster. Clear communication, which leads to satisfied customers who come back for more and recommend us. Ability to record sessions, which alleviates the need for more complex and expensive solutions.,,9GoToMeeting for internal and external meetingsGoToMeeting is being used across the whole organization as a main platform for meetings. I guess the primary reason for using it is that it is pretty easy to use the tool to schedule and track your meetings between departments, functions as well as people outside organization. We have a lot of offices all over the world and for us GoToMeeting works pretty well internally; as well it is convenient to schedule a client call with people across different departments to discuss pressing issues or the flow of the project in person rather than sending emails.,It is very easy to add GoToMeeting into your calender and be reminded of the upcoming meeting, as it syncs very well with MS Outlook. Also, if needed, it is pretty easy to reschedule the meeting. It has pretty intuitive control settings. You can share your screen and switch the presenter if needed.,Since a very good internet connection is needed to run a meeting, not all parties always have it and then it makes it difficult to use it, as there might be a delay in the sound or video sharing.,8,Positive: better and easier scheduling of meetings across multiple offices. Positive: much easier to have a conference call with the client. Negative: If dealing with poor internet connection, a lot of frustrations and interruptions. Almost a must have tool in a modern international company.,skype,Lync,10GoToMeeting Helps to Set ITI ApartITI utilizes GoToMeeting for monthly webinars on different industry-related topics. ITI receives up to 400 registrants for these webinars each month and over 100 attendees during the live events. In addition, ITI uses GoToMeeting to host conference and video calls with clients. It allows us the freedom to share information between both parties' computers and allows for large groups of people to be involved at the same time. This works the same for meetings and training sessions with remote employees.,Sharing screens between users. GTM allows presenters to share their screen or another attendee's screen. A picture is worth a thousand words and when trying to assist clients, being able to show information visually is a great help. GoToWebinar panelists. ITI hosts webinars each month and by allowing multiple panelists, our presenter can focus on the actual presentation while other panelists manage questions from attendees. This keeps the webinars running smoothly and ensuring that everyone is remaining engaged. Allows for large groups of people from multiple locations to collaborate. ITI works with clients across the globe and when we need to meet with a client that has people in multiple locations, GTM makes it easy. The email invitation provides a simple method for everyone to access the meeting and allow for real-time collaboration without boundaries.,Support for different devices. We have tried to use GTM with Chromebooks and found that it was not supported. It would be great to have GTM work on all platforms. GoToTraining panelist option. ITI tried to use GoToTraining, but it does not allow for panelists and made trying to manage incoming questions from attendees difficult as the presenter had to continually pause in the middle of a presentation.,8,Utilizing GTM has helped ITI gain new customers and broadened our customer base. In the first year of having free webinars, ITI gained a new client that spent over $100k in consulting and training. ITI has used GTM to assist in on boarding remote employees at a much quicker rate.,,8,Scheduling meetings Sharing screens Launching Meeting,Having an attendee (serving as presenter) provide mouse and keyboard control to another person,Yes,9GoToMeeting - Great for Web Presentations, Room for Improvement for Conference CallsGoToMeeting is used organization wide at my company, however, I can only speak to my experience from within my department, in which we highly utilize the platform. We frequently host both webinars for large audiences via GoToWebinar, or utilize GoToMeeting for smaller conferences, sometimes as few as 1-3 attendees, but often times up to 25 which is the max attendee capacity. It helps us both set up a secure conference line for remote meeting participation, as well as provide a platform for presenting PowerPoint decks in real time. The software itself is fairly intuitive, making the set-up of these meetings and execution fairly straight forward and simple. I find the ability to swap presenter/organizer privileges helpful, and very rarely have I experienced any interruptions from the software while conducting meetings - however I have experienced a few instances where there have been audio connection failure error messages while utilizing the recording function. I only have two issues with the software that I regularly encounter and wish the company would improve upon. Issue number 1: Invitees are permitted to dial into the meeting, without logging onto the presentation portion of the meeting. While this in itself is not an issue, as a moderator, I am unable to track who has dialed into the call in the Attendees portion of the menu. This requires verbal roll call, and hope that non invited attendees haven't somehow accessed the call for risks of security/privacy. Issue number 2: Moderators are unable to utilize the conference call only portion of the software unless someone physically enters the web portion of the event and logs into the presentation. It would be easier/more convenient, especially when on the road, if we could utilize the conference call portion on its own, without having to set up the online portion. Other than those two issues, GoToMeeting is an easy, accessible forum for conducting meetings.,GoToMeeting helps conduct meetings for remote participants to join in the presentation from their own office. GoToMeeting records presentations visual and audio portions for later reference for those unable to attend. GoToMeeting is fairly intuitive, so users/participants who have never accessed the software are typically able to figure out how to access the meeting without any instructions or prep work.,GoToMeeting does not identify attendees who only use the dial-in feature - making it difficult for the moderator to capture attendance for those who did not join the web portion of the presentation. Risks security issues. Moderators have to log into web portion of GoToMeeting in order to access/set up conference line, making it inconvenient when on the road. The audio portion of the presentations has a tendency to disconnect while recording presentations - most times users do not notice and are able to still access the presentation hassle free after the fact via the recording, however, it raises red flags for moderators while recording/facilitating the event.,7,Positive impact: higher participation in advisory board meetings - with increased attendance/participation from a very busy audience, this helps us accomplish our goals more so than strictly in-person attendance. Positive impact: increased employee efficiency - employees/team members are able to effectively communicate and continue progress on team projects while remote/working from home, instead of having to reschedule due to conflcits.,WebEx Meetings,7GTM for Support and TrainingGoToMeeting is used in my department to help facilitate training and to capture customer account information in creating and documenting support issues for engineering. I often schedule a GTM w/ my customers when they are having a technical problem they cannot explain or when I believe their "technical problem" may be user error. It is used for this purpose in other sectors of the Customer Support department for tech support and training as well. We also utilize GTM when doing in-house training or product demos across multiple physical locations and to record these trainings for future use.,Lets you pass control between users easily-often times I'll move between training and support w/in one meeting so it's valuable to be able to easily pass presentation or control between myself and my attendees Easy meeting invitations--once a meeting is scheduled, it's easy to invite users.,Have an 800# for conference call lines--this is a frequent request from attendees. Provide a link directly in a meeting invitation to download and install the needed plugins for first time access to GTM--often, we'll spend 10-15 min of a call trying to walk a client through simply accessing GTM to begin with (granted, our customers sometimes have some SERIOUS technical deficiencies).,8,Helps us get a more accurate view of when a support problem is really a bug or tech issue or when it's operator error. Helps show customers what to do vs having to explain it. Allows us to communicate between offices.,,8GoToMeeting - The good, the bad and the profitable.GoToMeeting is used across the entire organization. From web training to conference calls, having the ability to remotely share visuals in real time is crucial for us. As a software provider to the Transportation industry, we are able to communicate more efficiently and effectively using GoToMeeting while avoiding many travel expenses.,GoToMeeting has a very user friendly ability to customize which content on your screen you want to share. If you are using multiple screens, you clearly know what is being shared. Having the ability to Pause your sharing. This feature will freeze the image currently on the screen and continue to show that image. This feature is helpful if you need to go looking for a file while on the call and need to keep a sense of privacy. Setup is quick. It is just as easy to schedule a meeting for the future as it is to start a meeting immediately.,At times the call in options can be a bit unpredictable, both in call quality and in connectivity. While the VoIP option is nice to have, too often the audio quality left little to be desired.,9,Reduced travel expense Increased employee productivity Improved customer service.,9GoToMeeting stellar reviewI used GoToMeeting to assist prospective clients in previewing our software. It allowed me to walk them through their activities on a day-to-day basis and give them an understanding of the software in a virtual setting. I appreciated the ease in sharing a link to access my desktop which made it easy for non-proficient computer users to gain access,Ease of use Smooth functionality No desktop clutter,More interactive options for end user Chat function,8,Increased sales cycle speed Elimate use of conf calls and face to faces,8Overall a great product to help your sales team.GoToMeeting was used to conduct live demos of our SaaS product with our prospects. It saved thousands of dollars since it minimized the need to travel to these customers in order to present. It was mostly used by sales to present to prospects, however, it was also used internally for meetings.,In most cases, it was easy for people to download the plug in. This came in handy as many of our prospects were less technical. Having the ability to choose either phone or voice over the internet was useful as well when connecting on a plane where phones are not available. The option to video conference also came in handy when there was a request for an in-person meeting, but it was not feasible. This allowed for a great alternative.,The "raise my hand" option rarely worked so when there was a question, they would have to interrupt by typing a question or interjecting on the phone. There would be crashes every now and then, which I understand when you're dealing with the internet. GoToMeeting, however, could improve the way they notify the users and be accessible when there are issues.,8,Increased efficiency since there was less need to travel. Allowed for a quicker sales cycle as we were able to conduct demos on the fly.,WebEx Meetings,5,100,5,Share screen option Conference call numbers Giving presenting controlsSolid product, minor kinksI currently use GoToMeetings multiple times a day to share files with my properties so we can make sure we are on the same page. All of the other revenue managers in our organization also use this, in addition to the sales and marketing departments who have similar responsibilities.,Quick Startup Any viewer can take control Can use recurring meetings for ease each week,Sometimes the dial in numbers have been busy Some users have issues with the application not downloading or downloading every week Randomly there are sounds on the line and a gotomeeting voice appears in the middle of a meeting for about 3 seconds,8,Faster meetings Improved efficiency Improved understanding by viewers,,8The Winner is....At Salesforce.com, Go To Meeting is equally as critical to one's clients success as Outlook: by creating clarity, understanding, and being responsive.,Responsive: lead the viewer by following their triggers. Simplicity - create the environment that allows for attention being paid to client. Easily pass controls to create a wonderful dialog rich with visuals from all attendees.,None,9,Quicker close times by creating a more knowledgeable client. Fewer post sales complaints. Better add on sales.,,9Goto Meeting Review from a Senior Client ManagerGoToMeeting is used by my organization as tool to take our clients and prospects through our web based services and products. It always use to engage with clients globally via video conference, audio, and screen sharing. It effectively addresses the pain around having to conference in multiple members of a meeting to one call.,The ability to pass control of your computer to you meeting attendees. This allows my clients/prospects to engage with my product prior to a purchase Audio does not require a telephone. Many of the folks I work with are international or work remote and love the ability to speak and engage via their laptop and not their cell phone. Scheduling assist. The feature that automatically makes a outlook invite template for me is very helpful. A simple copy and paste and along into a time slot and all the needed information is out to all my meeting members.,Many times I am faced with a lag, the audio and screen sharing is delayed for the end recipient. I wish there was a way I could cleanly see what upcoming events I have scheduled, possibly in a calendar format as appose to the current list format.,9,First and foremost; better customer service More engagement with our clients Seamless ability to interact with international clients,WebEx Meetings,9From an expert using gotomeeting.com!We used it for our company meetings and also used it for our demo's. We used gotomeeting.com across our whole organization. Actually never had a problem with gotomeeting.com but compared to joinme.com...I would choose gotomeeting.com hands down for all the components that it comes with and also the face to face meetings. When it connected it stayed connected and never had any downtime! Thank you gotomeeting.com,Face to face meetings when not in the office with our office staff, managers and CEO Doing demo's with gotomeeting.com was fabulous! Never had any issues or down time. Only part bad was on the other side where they would have to download the software and that might take a minute to download. No downtime, easier downloading to other computers who doesn't have the program installed faster connection,10,Not really sure..on the ROI side of it... saved money from going out of town so much and doing things with gotomeeting.com negatives is only the time that it would take to install on their computer,Zoom,10Must have strategic softwareWe use Gotomeeting to conduct meetings and training sessions with our subsidiaries located in and outside of the U.S. Marketing, Engineering, Human Resources, and Operations functions use the software. This reduces travel expenses and allows us to provide in time training and information to support the global operation.,Screen sharing and the ability to switch presenters allows for instant collaboration Chat feature helps with technical issues such as poor phone or audio connections. Video capability helps meeting participants interact.,The video sharing capability is slow, and quality varies. It would be helpful to have a workspace link similar to the feature on Adobe connect. Downloading the software can be time consuming.,9,Faster delivery of key training to remote employees. Reduced travel costs. Improve communication related to company objectives.,,9Vital Video ConferencingIt's being used as a virtual conferencing toll for sales meetings but also for presentations with prospects.,Very intuitive and easy to use for a reasonable price. I've very rarely had any technical issues and it's worked perfectly well for my needs.,There was only one time when the program was failing to load with my browser on Windows 7.,9,Speeds up sales cycle, facilitates a in-person meeting.,Websense,9GoToMeeting Review: Great recommendation..give it a try and you will be glad you did!It was used accoress the organization for sales demos and client meetings. It allowed us to demonstrarate our doftware capabilities.,User-friendly Helpful tutorials Great customer support,The recording feature doesn't work on the Mac operating system.,10,Increased employee efficiency Higher participation in meetings Higher customer base,,10Go-To-Webinar: Pretty To Look At, Imminent CrashingAppealing interface. Easy to use. Both video and phone options are of high quality.,Crash-prone. [Momentarily drops audio or video.] Would love for slides to eventually be interactive enough to include clickable during webinars.,Truth be told, I no longer use GoToMeeting as my go-to webinar source due to the crashing issues. I've had successful conversions in the instances GTM didn't crash / drop audio / video.,3,3,1,1,Hosting webinars for online services & digital products. Online meetings. !5-min consultations.,Peers, clients have enjoyed replays when they missed original broadcast.,Won't use for hosting until crashing issues are fixed.,No,webex, vimeo,Product Features Product Usability,If there were no crash issues, I would've rated GTM at 100%.,Installation. General use in chatting / asking questions as well as providing answers. Uploading content. Scheduling live events.,Getting out of the imminent crashes to not turn off participants.,Yes,8Reliable, large-scale collaboration toolGreat for large-scale collaboration Works pretty well across technologies (Mac vs PC, mobile vs desktop, etc) Intuitive and generally easy to setup and use Works well on a conference call with documents to view and share,Overkill for smaller team meetings Lag time experienced with documents,International time zones not a problem Reliable and secure numbers to dial into and efficient use,7,5Robust Remote Meeting ToolGreat for remote meetings, both in hosting and in dialing into. Allows for recording of sessions, great for posterity. Allows for video input, either as presentations or web-cam. Has built-in text chat client. Can have saved session codes for regularly occurring meetings. Greatly appreciate the option to phone dial-in or connect via computer. Controls are fairly intuitive.,While the controls are fairly intuitive, the user interface could be cleaned up a bit. Certain elements, like text-chat client, shouldn't be hidden. Could stand to benefit from a "quick-start" mode, to better compete with others like LogMeIn.,Allows for remote conferencing, which is crucial when dealing with a parent company and contractors across the country. Multimedia options (video, phone, text chat) are invaluable in presentations and in collaboration.,9,8Conference without the travelGoToMeeting is used for phone conference calls and screen sharing with clients. All members at the company use it for strategy sessions, sales calls, kick off calls, and check ins. It helps us share our screens with clients as well as bring many people from multiple locations into calls rather than through a phone line.,User friendly interface - no training necessary! Ability to record calls. Easily share and invite others to a call - just a matter of copying and pasting a code.,Occasional technical diffculties like dropped calls. This could also be attributed to bandwidth or connectivity issues as well. There no options for checking in during a group meeting. For example a, 'hand raise' functionality.,10,GoToMeeting allows many employees and clients to congregate through one call rather than incurring travel expenses. GoToMeeting allows employees to catch up with coworkers at our different international offices.,Bing Ads, Skype, Google Analytics,50,50,With GoToMeeting you can run meetings and engage viewers from almost anywhere with internet or phone access. GoToMeeting allows you to host presentations as the meeting organizer and share your screen for presentations or tutorials. The ability to record any meetings and save them. They can be shared with those who missed the meeting or be archived.,Connecting with clients to have them share the screen to walk through technical issues,The ability to manually contol clients screens with their permission.,10Unbiased Opinion of GoToMeetingOur company uses it to interact with one another for company meetings since we are in different states. On the sales side, we use it for showing live demonstrations to customers and for training on our software for current clients. Overall, GoToMeeting is leveraged by everyone in the company that is located in the United States. Because we cannot always meet in person, it helps with collaboration both internally as well as externally.,Clear signal and voice clarity is a strength. Of all of the different web conferencing softwares I have used, GoToMeeting is the most reliable and rarely has interruptions. Multiple country support is great. GoToMeeting is able to provide local dial in numbers for most of the major countries my company interacts with. The ability to change presenters and provide mouse control for others has been valuable. I can't count how many times a day I use this feature. There is hardly any delay in controlling another persons computer.,I would like to see more countries supported for local dial in numbers. GoToMeeting does not support integration with Outlook for Mac. This is something many folks would find highly useful. Unlike some other software providers, GoToMeeting doesn't have the ability to let guests interact digitally with "hand-raising", and emoticons.,8,Very high ROI. I have closed several deals without the need to meet face to face. Having the ability to create meetings on the fly has been tremendous for my team and helping speed up the training process. Hosting webinars for prospects using GoToMeeting has delivered a great number of qualified leads.,Webex,ClearSlide,9,8GoToMeeting ReviewGoToMeeting is used across our entire organization. It provides us a way to speak internally - we have consulting groups in Europe and Asia and we use GoToMeeting to share screens when it comes to reviewing documents or cases. It allows us to do things like this pretty easily and quickly.,The screen share is great. We use it often; we find that it works better for us than Microsoft Lync. It allows us to keep track of who is in a conference call so there is no guesswork involved. The above separate GoToMeeting from other similar solutions; it is the one that we prefer.,Honestly, I've never had an issue with GoToMeeting, in all of the time that I've used it. It loads quickly, the call quality is clear, and the screen sharing is awesome. Any issues that have come up when I'm using GoToMeeting were a result of technical issues on my side or on the side of the other person, not with GoToMeeting.,10,We use it for more internal things, and occasionally external conversations, so the ROI isn't an issue with us.,Intercall,10,9

ITI has not found an alternative software that can compete with the offerings of GTM. Our diverse needs (webinars, client meetings, internal training) cannot be met by any competitors at this time for our current cost. GTM is simple to use and has allowed ITI to really set ourselves apart from our competition.

I enjoy GoToMeeting's user interface. Honestly, however, the choice to select my own platform for remote meeting hosting sites is up to my organization, vs. an individual consumer decision. Out of the various platforms I have used, I feel the most comfortable with GoToMeeting so if I did have a say in selecting the software, would still vote for this software since it is the easiest for me to use, as well as those attending my presentations from an off-site location.

I give it an 8 only because I had to take a way a couple of points for the download issues users have had, the busy signals the users or myself randomly get when trying to dial in (so I have to start a new meeting and resend access info), and then also sometimes it tells the users it is downloading or starting and they sit there forever and nothing happens.

It's a powerful tool for sales. One suggestion I would make is not limiting the amount of people you can see on screen at one time to six, that way it's a more inclusive meeting.

GoToMeeting is perfect for any team over 5 people or international teams. It would be a little too robust and overkill for smaller teams where Skype or Google hangouts would work well.
There is a level of professionalism with GoToMeeting and support that you wouldn't get with other standard online meeting collaboration tools.

Having to implement another software company wide would be troubling and would disrupt business. Because so many of our team members have used GoToMeeting in the past, it has decreased the learning curve in understanding how to use each of the nuances the software provides. In addition, the ease of use for our clients and prospects is much easier than using another provider.

It really works for us, for what we use it for. Like I said, we don't use it for every call, but the times that we need to use it and do, we have not had any issues with it at all.

About GoToMeeting

From LogMeIn, GoToMeeting is an online meeting, desktop sharing, and video conferencing software that enables users to connect via the internet. It hosts a suite of online meeting tools, including real-time screen sharing, integrated audio, and toll-free calling options. Additionally, users have the option of organizing meetings without using a join code or PIN and instead having participants join the meeting by receiving a phone call.

Pricing for GoToMeeting starts at $14/mo for its Starter offering which supports up to 14 participants, $29/mo for its Pro offering for 150 participants, and $39/mo for 250 participants. For enterprises that would require more than 250 participants, GoToMeetings has an Enterprise offering that will support up to 3,000 participants, with flexible pricing.
