I haven't really had to deal with GoToMeeting support, however, the few times I've had to reach out they've been responsive and helpful. It can get a bit tricky if you aren't listed as an admin on the account but overall, they are very helpful and timely in their responses.

I think this application is great for the reasons previously listed, but I also think it can become more of a comprehensive product with the inclusion of file sharing, recording, live interaction (vocal), as well as other features present in other products like GoToMeeting.

Although I never had to contact support myself, my logistics managers never complained about it. Call quality was great even for our folks in other countries, video worked for whoever used it, and screen sharing was no problem at all. Overall, it was rock solid and if we switched back, I would be fine with that.

I have reached out to support just once, and they were lovely. It was for a small issue regarding linking a meeting which they resolved within chat, they were understanding and to the point. The directions helped me conduct my activity without delay. It is always great when companies have customer support who value their customers.

It is a great tool, very reliable, never had any issue with it, and is extremely easy to use. The set up is fast as we often jump from a conference call meeting to a GoToMeeting, and it is fast. Communication is excellent, and we like sharing documents and screens from one user to the next

I think I never used the support for GoToMeeting, but the tutorials and information available online are more than enough and allows you to easily understand how to use tool and setup all the necessary configurations you need to make, in order to work with it. Easy to setup and easy to learn how to use.

The first line of support is really bad and not helpful at all. They have a hard time understanding that they are speaking to an administrator and that I know the regular troubleshooting steps. Even when documented they do not tend to escalate it to 2nd line even though it's needed. So small issues might not get resolved. However, the personal account responsible person is very professional and reachable.

When we have issues, they seem to respond quickly and do everything they can to help us. They have even tried to find other ways we could get more use out of their product, or improve the way we are currently using it. Overall, their support has been fairly good for us.
