What is GoToMyPC?

GoToMyPC is designed to drive productivity and flexibility.
1. To Install GoToMyPC
An account can be created anywhere, but for GoToMyPC Personal or Pro, it must be set up physically present at the Mac or PC to access remotely. For GoToMyPC Corporate, the user can set up an account from anywhere without needing to be physically present at the PC to access remotely.
2. Connect From Another Device
On the other computer, log in at www.gotomypc.com. Press Connect and the desktop will appear.
3. Work Like Normal
Users can now access files, applications and a network as they were sitting right in front of a computer.

- I can continue working and earning revenue while at home, even if sick or during snowstorms or other weather events that restrict traveling.
- I can retrieve digital files when I forget to bring a hard or digital copy and save travel time returning to the office, which for me is at least a 45-minute round trip.
- I can work on matters which require unexpected immediate attention when away from the office.

- It's allowed me to work remotely at any time of day. I can instantly access my PC at 6 AM if we have an emergency job come it. We repair water main breaks.
- The company owner can work from his 2nd home in another state without having to think about loss of revenue because he's not in the office.

- Allowed employees to be working when otherwise they might not have been abler to for various reasons
- Allow us to keep in touch with business operations 24/7

- I am a small consultant company, myself and a part time assistant. It has kept me organized and prevent duplication of activities

Twenty Years and Counting
- Allows my boss to go to Florida for the winter and get work done because I can transfer files to him and leave him messages directly on his screen.
- Let's us work from home at any time - night, morning, etc - whenever it's convenient
- Let's me do IT fixes on the host computers as necessary. This is a really BIG plus. I can access the screen and get to the problems.

- It has not kept up with current technology or the competition in my opinion. I had to pay for a subscription to a competitor's product whilst GoToMyPC keeps my money for 4 to 5 month’s of subscriptions that I cannot use and they refuse to refund me

- Being able to access my PC whenever and wherever I want is a pretty big deal in terms of ROI. GoToMyPC also allows me to only log in to my accounts on my local computer without compromising them.
