Trying to sum up Greenshades in a review...awesome
We are using it to do our internal payroll (beginning in 2021) and file our payroll taxes (since Greenshades came out with this service). We also sell their products to our Microsoft Dynamics ERP clients.

Helpful Greenshades
I know Greenshades offered a lot more than what my company used it for but used it for our year-end payroll processes. It made W2's and 1099's easy and quick, and did all the electronic filing.

Gets the job done!
Greenshades Software is a tool that is being used across the whole organization. It addresses business problems such as managing hours worked, PTO, paystubs, sick time, etc. It allows employees the ability to stay organized and up to date on their work. It also can be used as a valuable resource for supervisors or managers to keep track of the hours that their employees are working.
- Requesting Time- Off, which can include PTO and sick time.
- Managing the hours that you have worked during each pay period.
- Seeing past pay information.
- Quick access to W-2.
- Better overall website design
- Easier to edit time slots on timesheet
- Better notification system for when things need to be approved
- Easy to use!
- Very basic. Not much design quality to it.
- Gets the job done!
In my previous place of employment, we used the Paycom system as our resource for managing hours and time. I do believe that the Paycom system had more privacy and safety aspects implemented with their software. However, Greenshades Software is a very user-friendly website that provides all of the resources that are necessary to do the job well!
