I utilize Groove for email tracking, email templates, flow management, Spaces collaboration between myself and SDR, and analytics. Solves the problem of not knowing if my emails are being read. Provides a space for myself and my SDR to collaborate on territory planning and creating tasks to complete. Allows me to create emails that use merge fields for quick prospecting. Creates a space to create multi-step flows for effective prospecting activity.

  • There are some glitches in the email integration to outlook (sometimes does not send the email and then occasionally will erase all content from the email)
It is great to see how much prospecting activity you have done. It is great that it tracks emails and can show you who has opened an email, who has clicked on the links from emails, and tracks the percentage rates of these actions. The flows are fantastic and are great to set up prospecting activity. The integration with Salesforce is also great.

Customer outreach and maintenance. It is my go-to for reminders and follow-ups. It allows me to set up multiple flows for multiple marketing campaigns and the email updates it sends me daily remind me to keep up on my calls and emails. I feel as if I have had a successful day if my Groove flows are updated.

I find Groove the perfect companion to Salesforce and Outlook. Between these 3 tools, all of our SDR, BDR, Account Managers, and Account Executives have become much more efficient. Even some members of our management team utilize the tool now, which is nice to see, so they know the work we put into it.

I use Groove, a Clari company, to schedule calls with the students I coach - and absolutely love it! I have created a well oiled machine to keep a consistent communication line open with students. And to keep my schedule organized. I absolutely love creating a buffer before and after calls with Groove, a Clari company, to ensure I have time for admin and breaks between my calls and meetings.

We use Groove as an integration between Gmail and Salesforce. It helps to sync all of my outreach and inbound communication. It allows me to send flows to prospects and clients and saves me time from manual email reach out.

  • Effortless logging of user emails, meetings, and calls (it just works!)
  • Always developing new features and engaging with the passionate and ever-growing Groove community
  • Excellent support team if issues ever arise
  • There are a few complex use cases where we've had to reach out to Groove support / solution architects to come up with a proper solution. It would be great to see something like a "How We Solved That Using Groove" knowledge base created to help get the creative solution innovation flowing more for us before we have to formally reach out for support.
  • It would also be nice if the Groove dialer had a way to better interact with inbound phone trees and/or more tutorials provided on how to set up Groove according to best practices with the top phone solutions like Zoom Phone.
  • Groove Conversations is good, but it still has a ways to go to be an equivalent of other top tools in this space like Gong and Chorus.
  • Our reps would like the ability to initiate an outbound phone call from their cell phone and have it be auto-logged without any involvement of their desktop Groove dialer app.
  • Groove is excellent for the use case of improving sales representative and customer success representative productivity and data quality when used alongside Salesforce. It is a Salesforce focused tool. You should definitely consider Groove if you are a current Salesloft / Outreach user and you also use Salesforce.

  • Groove would not be a good fit for an organization not using Salesforce.

As a growing law firm across the 50 United States, with clients in each state, we use templates on a near-hourly basis to communicate the needs of our clients both new and recurring. It is quite efficient to use the templates instead of typing the same long format repetitively. We also enjoy creating our own templates for specific clients, which may be rare but are an occurrence.

Groove has kept track of and logged both emails and phone calls. It is easier to read saved emails through Groove on the interface we have implemented it on than to find the fellow employee who sent the email and ask it to be forwarded. Groove enables collaboration among customer support agents and other team members. It allows us to assign tickets, leave internal notes, and track the status of customer issues, leading to more efficient problem-solving. The automation is the best bit about groove which makes sending emails in bulk really easy. You can also create flows to track the progress of emails which saves time given email responses are automated.

Groove is great at creating personalised emails in bulk. That is one of the key aspects we use it for. Another important aspect is tracking emails, opens, and then engaging with our key stakeholders. It also helps us understand who is not opening emails so we can find another way of communicating with key customers. I think the user interface could be improved as well as the ease of creating the flows and automation

I love that you can see a timeline of what needs to be completed in the NOW and what can be done later (next day, week, etc).

I use it mainly for the automated email Flows - and the omni bar to easily see information in Salesforce to add new leads quickly - and update current contacts. The automated email Flows are a life and time saver when I'm trying to prospect or reach a larger customer base, so I can focus on other things and know these are being contacted. The other feature I love is the scheduler - which saves a lot of time - and is integrates well with Zoom and other platforms. Plus, it allows you to add multiple people in your organization, so when someone is trying to book with your team, and one isn't available - it will not show that as an option to the end user. I've used other schedulers, and this one is the best!

  • Setting tasks is only available within their platform, so if you're a heavy Salesforce task user - and rather be able to create a task in the Omni bar and have it show in Salesforce, that's not an option. It only shows within their platform.
  • Groove notes is a special field added to Salesforce so you can type in notes on the Omni bar, which isn't bad, but it would be even better if those notes showed under the notes tab within Salesforce instead of their special field in Salesforce. Then you can see notes you already had that you didn't input via the Omni bar.
  • I like being able to link to Linkedin, but it requires a Sales Navigator license to do that within Groove. It would be nice to be able to click on just the non-Sales Navigator Linkedin as well.
It's great for me when setting up the automatic email Flow - and it can keep it in one email chain. I'm sure there are more features I could be using as well. The schedule is a great feature as well.

Groove connects to my Google Chrome and Salesforce accounts. It tracks my emails so that others in the company can see the history on the client's account and more easily address the client's questions via First Contact Resolution. Also, it links Google Calendar to the client's account so that others can be aware of scheduled calls and provide the necessary information, not overlap scheduling, and confirm time and dates with a client. The Template features an exceptional time saver. I can create Template for myself or share it with my Team or the entire company.

  • I would like a pop-up notification or an email when my Groove stops syncing with Google or Salesforce
Groove is exceptional when you have multiple departments that overlap with a client; such as Bookkeeping Services & Tax Services. The emails can be read by either Department so that context and history can be reviewed prior to or during a call without asking the client to repeat their concerns or searching for the previous person who spoke to them & vetting information while the client is on hold or having to tell them you'll call back. It makes resolving clients' concerns and requests more timely and efficient in improves First Contact Resolution

We use Groove to create a systematic cadence and follow-up process for our sales team. The goal is to have an easy process that's more-or-less automated, so management can have control over how to reach out and how often, when we communicate with potential clients. It allows our sales team to take the "thinking" out of what needs to happen next with a prospect.

Groove is very good when it comes to creating sequences for different types of reachouts for prospects. It is also useful to have AB test, to make sure what you're doing makes sense. Groove excels in its bulk email campaigns, particularly with the ease of adding contacts from Salesforce into a specific email cadence.

I use Groove to assist with creating and sending communication to my customers. Groove supports streamlining the communication process in an efficient and easy to use way. Groove allows me to easily check if my communication was received, read, replied, etc. Groove's platform is organized and easy to use. It saves me valuable time and assists with me adding value to my customers!

  • I wish that it was easier to group certain client emails without the cumbersome process of the CSV file in Salesforce
I have to say my customer support experience has made me enjoy Groove even more. The self help articles that have videos and less words are super helpful and every support person I've interacted with has gone way over what I expected. I did stumble upon an a problem where I didn't realize follow up flows for a problem were sent out to customers. I'm sure this was an error on my part and I will need to look into it.

The main piece is automation. Groove has helped me hugely in terms of automating outreach.

My role focuses on cold outreach, such as generating new leads and cold calling/texting our client population. Because of this, being able to load all the leads into the flow and blasting texts/emails away has been hugely helpful as opposed to manually sending out each message one by one.

In addition to the automation of cold outreaching new leads, I think Groove has really helped ''nurturing'' the client base.

We have leads that are unresponsive, or not interested, and putting them into an automated email flow to keep clients somewhat engaged/interested is a huge help. If not for this, we would have to allot time to uninterested leads which aren't a huge priority, but also a priority. Nurture flows allow us to keep previous clients engaged and perhaps have them be interested in us in the future.

We are using it to keep track of our daily activities in the Sales department. It helps us manage our time better for a smoother sale cycle which allows us to hit our numbers/goals and stay on track as a team and organization.

I use Groove for email, sms and call actions. I think manual sending of emails, typing of SMS, and entering phone numbers to dial. With Groove everything is automatic. Communication scope.
  • Analytics is very useful to see where you at for the day like productivity wise
  • Flows are very helpful to track how many pending actions you have and those required to have a follow-up.
  • Templates I can create my own template and edit it anytime.
  • Auto Update- right now we need to check in for updates manually it doesn't auto-update
  • Connecting call issue- sometimes when we clicked on the phone number it's just connecting even after restarting the dialer
  • Messages I hope we could read previous messages I noticed once it's read it disappears from the recent tab of the dialer
Groove is a very convenient communication tool. I must say all scenarios since we are using it on a daily basis.

Groove has really automated some of the processes --- sending emails that linked to work email and safekeep notes. We now spend less time doing manual work, say for example, Google sheet or notepad. It’s making documentation very easy for us. Thanks to its automated feature, we can work more efficiently and more organized.

Groove is very helpful in documenting the account real-time. It is also very efficient especially if 2 or more employees are working on the same account, it automatically saves any information. Hence, avoiding repetitive work from both ends.

I use Groove to keep my daily communication with clients balanced and organized accordingly. I use Groove to help schedule meetings, send out news and resources and many other updates with my companies products and solutions.

At my organization, we use Groove to target specific user groups or contacts at our accounts. It is helpful for email and phone outreach and helps prioritize our time in each day. Groove is easy to use and helpful in Sales to complete outreach and collaborate with my team.

We use Groove in everything we do on our sales process. It integrates well with another sales platform called Salesforce. It allows users like me to save email templates that can be used later for sending blast emails to our sales prospects. It also shows us how many times the email has been opened. It has a scheduler as well letting clients to book a meeting anytime and it auto logs the date on the calendar notifying the user or sender of the email. This tool saves users a lot of time which greatly impacts the productivity in a good way.

Then one day she replied on my email with the exact date and time that she would like to be contacted. I was able to reach her finally and the sale was just a walk in the park.

Groove has improved the quality of work of employees like me. It is a great tool for Salesforce integration. It logs automatically all the activities done related to the customer/client's profile like calling them and sending an email. It also shows us how many times the email has been viewed so allowing us to count how many clients have been reached.

I could say that Groove really aims for the real time updates for the user. It pings me right away when someone views my email, and not only that, it also shows me how many times it has been viewed. I had this client once, he was not interested to proceed but after a few hours, my Groove add on has been pinging me for a few times already. So I checked in on him, turned out he changed his mind and I was able to close the sale.

We use Groove in a lot of ways. It allows users to track if someone has read their email thus helping them to know what approach they should use to their clients. It also shows how many times the email has been viewed. It allows recipients of emails to schedule a future meeting and it automatically logs to calendar.

Groove is very convenient to use and it is indeed a life saver in my workplace. There are a lot of times that I forget some clients to callback but every time they open my email, the Groove add-on notifies me that they are viewing my email thus helping me to remember to call them again.
