- There are a few complex use cases where we've had to reach out to Groove support / solution architects to come up with a proper solution. It would be great to see something like a "How We Solved That Using Groove" knowledge base created to help get the creative solution innovation flowing more for us before we have to formally reach out for support.
- It would also be nice if the Groove dialer had a way to better interact with inbound phone trees and/or more tutorials provided on how to set up Groove according to best practices with the top phone solutions like Zoom Phone.
- Groove Conversations is good, but it still has a ways to go to be an equivalent of other top tools in this space like Gong and Chorus.
- Our reps would like the ability to initiate an outbound phone call from their cell phone and have it be auto-logged without any involvement of their desktop Groove dialer app.
- Groove is excellent for the use case of improving sales representative and customer success representative productivity and data quality when used alongside Salesforce. It is a Salesforce focused tool. You should definitely consider Groove if you are a current Salesloft / Outreach user and you also use Salesforce.
- Groove would not be a good fit for an organization not using Salesforce.

- An Omni bar to easily see Salesforce info and update or add new prospects included in an email
- Setting tasks is only available within their platform, so if you're a heavy Salesforce task user - and rather be able to create a task in the Omni bar and have it show in Salesforce, that's not an option. It only shows within their platform.
- Groove notes is a special field added to Salesforce so you can type in notes on the Omni bar, which isn't bad, but it would be even better if those notes showed under the notes tab within Salesforce instead of their special field in Salesforce. Then you can see notes you already had that you didn't input via the Omni bar.
- I like being able to link to Linkedin, but it requires a Sales Navigator license to do that within Groove. It would be nice to be able to click on just the non-Sales Navigator Linkedin as well.
Groove Connects you to Clients
- The Templates are a great time saver
- The logged emails to a client's Salesforce account is extremely helpful for historical purposes and ease of information gather for areas of the company that work with the client
- Grooves Calendar links are extremely helpful for organization and time management
- I would like to be able to "Label" my Template something other than the Subject Line for easy search in my Template list
- I would like to be able to save an attachment to a template so that I can save time attaching the same document each time I send the template
- I would like a pop-up notification or an email when my Groove stops syncing with Google or Salesforce
- Groove is excellent at creating email sequences

- The integraiton with Salesforce is very well done
- Grooves connectivity with calendars misses a lot of communication
- Grooves recording of calls isn't as good as other programs

Groove is AWESOME
My role focuses on cold outreach, such as generating new leads and cold calling/texting our client population. Because of this, being able to load all the leads into the flow and blasting texts/emails away has been hugely helpful as opposed to manually sending out each message one by one.

We have leads that are unresponsive, or not interested, and putting them into an automated email flow to keep clients somewhat engaged/interested is a huge help. If not for this, we would have to allot time to uninterested leads which aren't a huge priority, but also a priority. Nurture flows allow us to keep previous clients engaged and perhaps have them be interested in us in the future.

- Analytics is very useful to see where you at for the day like productivity wise
- Flows are very helpful to track how many pending actions you have and those required to have a follow-up.
- Templates I can create my own template and edit it anytime.
- Auto Update- right now we need to check in for updates manually it doesn't auto-update
- Connecting call issue- sometimes when we clicked on the phone number it's just connecting even after restarting the dialer
- Messages I hope we could read previous messages I noticed once it's read it disappears from the recent tab of the dialer
