I would give Groove a 10. I haven't had any major issues with it and it is a really great tool to have in our organization. I am definitely more organized than before when we didn't have software.

It is great to see how much prospecting activity you have done. It is great that it tracks emails and can show you who has opened an email, who has clicked on the links from emails, and tracks the percentage rates of these actions. The flows are fantastic and are great to set up prospecting activity. The integration with Salesforce is also great.

I find Groove the perfect companion to Salesforce and Outlook. Between these 3 tools, all of our SDR, BDR, Account Managers, and Account Executives have become much more efficient. Even some members of our management team utilize the tool now, which is nice to see, so they know the work we put into it.

  • Groove is excellent for the use case of improving sales representative and customer success representative productivity and data quality when used alongside Salesforce. It is a Salesforce focused tool. You should definitely consider Groove if you are a current Salesloft / Outreach user and you also use Salesforce.

  • Groove would not be a good fit for an organization not using Salesforce.

Best for large scale outreach! Not the best at targeting prospects twice in the same day. Wish they had this feature. Overall groove is a great app for any type of outreach. Makes my job super easy. If we could add a 2 call touch per day, that would solve all my issues.

Groove has kept track of and logged both emails and phone calls. It is easier to read saved emails through Groove on the interface we have implemented it on than to find the fellow employee who sent the email and ask it to be forwarded. Simply reading past messages help aid in understanding what exchanges between client and employee have already been made.

Great for insights and analytics in order to drive efficiency at work!

Groove is great at creating personalised emails in bulk. That is one of the key aspects we use it for. Another important aspect is tracking emails, opens, and then engaging with our key stakeholders. It also helps us understand who is not opening emails so we can find another way of communicating with key customers. I think the user interface could be improved as well as the ease of creating the flows and automation

I have to send out a lot of email s and all I do is create a template, change small things like name and name drops, and then send off 25+ emails a day in 10 minutes rather than an hour.

Groove helps me to acquire more clients.

Groove helped me close this one sale last week, I was waiting for my client to sign the document that I sent however for some reason he is not responding to my email. When I saw a notification from groove that he viewed my email, I immediately called him and he was able to sign the agreement and close the sale.

If I were you, I would choose GROOVE

All in all, I like groove coz it gives us the notification that the client viewed our email which is really helpful to that we know when to engage with our clients. I cannot complain how groove is made coz his is one of the application that helps us to close more sales.

Groove is a great help with sending email through customers since the email thread can be easily accessed not just by the current employee who handles the salesforce account but also the next user who will access it. Sometimes, it is less appropriate because there's too much of everything where you are about to do a simple task. For example, you will need to press multiple keys just to get through the send email interface

Groove is a great product. With a few adjustments, the product could have a lot better user experience.

We have difficulty building lists within groove from products that we have used in the past...importing old lists from hubspot.
I have found it easy to connect our emails lists from Salesforce

Groove is very useful for providing continuity in the messages I send to clients at specific stages in my pipeline. I value knowing that the same information can be easily shared with large populations. Specifically, it helps me manage my day to day communications easier because my email templates are at the touch of a button.

It's great for me when setting up the automatic email Flow - and it can keep it in one email chain. I'm sure there are more features I could be using as well. The schedule is a great feature as well.

If you have a large number of accounts/contacts you are reaching out to, Groove is great at managing and automating outreach efforts. It helps you stay organized and keep track of activity in a seamless way. If a business is not focused on daily outreach to a large amount of clients/accounts, this may not be necessary.

Groove is well suited for cold calling and for sales reps. that are instructed to reach a large audience of new prospects. Groove has convenient tools that tie to Salesforce that efficiently allow users to pull in reports via Salesforce.
