It took a minute for me to get my flows and margin errors just right, and when it comes to getting the correct email formats. However, my two connections with your service team were very good, so I know I can always reach out for help when needed. Plus, I cannot think of a time when the service has been unavailable.

  • Groove is easy for me to use in my Revops/SFDC operations rule.
  • Even better, Groove is easy for our sales managers and reps to use and my personal involvement is rarely needed, allowing our sales and marketing teams to create value without me being a roadblock in the process.

Sometimes it can be a littler hard to use being thatt there are so many tools. I wish i had expertise on how to use all the features in groove but that could just be a company training thing. Did take me a really long time to get accommodated but i love it

Groove has been rather easy to use. I, myself, have been taught how to use it and therefore, trained new hires and displayed all of Groove's beneficial features. I am very open and willing to answer any questions new hires have during the course but they had very few inquiries pertaining to Groove which showcases its ease of use.

Generally it's easy to use however the creation of templates/flows can be time consuming especially when doing it for the first time. I would recommend making this simpler for people in order to increase maximising usage. We've linked Groove to Gmail which has made tracking all our correspondances really easy. The insights are quite interesting, especially when looking at Open Rate. Generally create a flow to follow up if someone hasn't opened an email for 3-4 days.

Groove is very helpful specially when you are at a sales account. It helps you to know when to reach to your clients and it helps you to check how productive you are for the past days/weeks. This application is really worth it. Groove helps me to gain more revenue and acquire more clients.

I like to give it a 10 but there should always have room for improvement. So far very minimal miss on the extension since it gives nothing but convenience and easier communication with customers as well as relaying information to the people under the same company. This actually makes our overall productivity efficient

Groove is very user friendly. The few times that I have had a question or issue, I turn to the customer service chat feature. Each representative I have worked with is quick to respond and diligently works to provide an answer or solution.

Groove is the central component in doing my job. It is the first thing I open and look at in regard to knowing who I need to reach out to. It makes my job easier and allows me to keep track of potential prospects for outreach. If I didn't have Groove, many contacts would fall through the cracks and result in missed opportunities.

I believe that there are small adjustments that can be made to improve efficiency and usage. It is difficult to know when Groove has stopped syncing. I've made appointments and they've not been linked to a client's account because it was not synced. I would like to see a popped up or email when parts or all of Groove are not synced to my other programs such as Google Calendar or Salesforce. Also, I would like to see a bit more user friendly utility with the Templates. It is an efficient way to reach many or single clients that need repetitive information such as Due Dates and Appointment Reminders.
