It is fairly intuitive on how to use and has the reporting and data capabilities that we required. The interface is fairly straightforward.

[In my opinion, GTreasury's] set up is difficult to understand and navigate through. [I feel that GTreasury] administration requires technologically minded people which does not suit the typical Treasury assistant who utilizes bank portals. [I also think that GTreasury] is very rigid and inflexible in its reporting services.

For me, reporting is very important and I just don't find it very user-friendly. [To me,] the location of certain functions is also confusing which I resort to using the search function. [In my case,] I have had two conversations with two different people in GTreasury and they both also agreed with me on this. They also said to just use the search function. [I believe] a lot of the reporting areas could be updated and made better. [I feel that] unless you have had a lot of training, a user would have a very hard time customizing reports. [In my experience,] even GTreasury employees agreed with me on this one.

Good overall usability for what we have needed. We have not delved into any recent upgrades in modules, so there could be better functionality within the system today that we are not currently leveraging. We plan on doing a refresh in 2022 to see where we might be able to take advantage of the recent offerings within the modules we use today.
