  • I'm not sure about pricing, so hard to comment if it had a high ROI. It's helpful for document sharing purposes but wasn't involved in the cost aspect so hard to comment on the true value versus cost.

  • At the time Guru helped a start-up company gather knowledge that could be accessed by the whole company.
  • However, this value adds eventually diminished as the company grew to require a greater resource.
  • Guru was a place for the company to aggregate a lot of disparate knowledge.

  • The biggest ROI we've received as a result of using Guru is time savings which equal payroll savings. Employees can quickly and easily access the information they need whereas prior to implementing Guru they may have had to consult with multiple different employees and departments to access that same information.

  • Within 30 days of our team-wide Guru launch, nearly 50% of our coaches said that they could find the information they needed in less than 1 minute compared to 9% prior to the use of Guru.
  • Guru has minimized the number of repeat questions. If a repeat question is asked, leaders can answer much quicker with an existing Guru card.
