I use Guru daily for Knowledge base and knowledge check around the business. Guru prioritizes the domain I work in, and their algorithm gives me results focused on my domain first. Depending on the search terms being used, then they provide what is most relevant to the term searched. Very often, this is a time-saving exercise. I have been using this for over two and a half years, and it has been a great experience. There is one issue I see quite often that I still haven't had the opportunity to learn how to improve on. After multiple results pop up for the same keyword, I try to open a Guru Card that I think could be relevant. I try to filter the result by using CTRL + F, but the card functions as a pop-up, so the machine still considers all the keywords on the Guru cards that I have not yet selected, meaning I can't always use CTRL + F to speed up the process of finding what I want.

GURU is mainly used to support customers for gaming related issues, mostly troubleshooting. We implement GURU cards to support players around the world for Rockstar Games. It is very reliable and easy to use. We use it to find solution faster for all types off issues the players are facing.

We use Guru as a shared knowledge base between all members of the organization. Each department has its own collection, with a plethora of cards to read and use. It is used both to maintain knowledge and to onboard new members. Before Guru it was difficult to streamline and ensure consistent knowledge, as most knowledge sharing depended on specific people. Now, it is easier.

Everything from training to processes and new systems. The team has full visibility of different areas of work. We are a 12-space coworking company, and the biggest challenge is keeping everyone informed. Guru helps us create an encyclopedia for the business and makes it easier to point our colleagues in the right direction. As part of the Facilities team, we must work with many contractors; Guru has helped us organize information and collaborate with some IT contractors, ensuring we have the right information.

I work as Customer Experience at Spotify, so I help customers with payment problems and problems with the app. Guru serves as a database, helping me follow the correct flows and troubleshooting. there is our own team that publishes these cards on Guru, and updates whenever necessary. There may be information about unauthorized access by hackers, how to follow up when there is a specific payment problem or how to send the appropriate security information to customers

This software serves as a knowledge base for our company, we pour our workflows into the different Guru cards they need to be to keep them, from there we can update when needed and give access to each of the involved teams, this allows for easy sharing and limiting of the content.

We have a software with a lot of features. With that, comes a lot of use cases and configurations that we need to keep track of. Everyone had their own personal version of an internal knowledge base, like the Notes app or a Google Doc. Guru allows us to share all of that knowledge effectively, especially for things that we don't necessarily want to publish for customers. We can add cards and edit cards really easily and then it's there for everyone to use and see. We also keep internal process docs in Guru which are easier to find and keep track of than Google Docs.

We use it mainly as a knowledge base - it helps to be a source of truth for the sales org, so they know where to go to look for info. It can also be verified so we ensure we keep info up to date - on other platforms this was harder to do.

Guru is a great place to keep content for our annual kick off events - people can come back to it, and easily recap content. We refer to it in our onboarding materials, which makes it easier to keep up to date - as soon as we update the Guru card, the content stays fresh.

Guru is a place in our company where employees can access knowledge on our policies and standard operating procedures. It is an encyclopedia of our operations. It allows employee to have access to any and all questions they may have for themselves or from clients. We use Guru as a resource guide for every department and position in the company. It contains guidelines for every task we perform or might need to complete. We have contacts for every vendor we work with, templates for every task, and our weekly newsletters, which are shared with every employee. We can bookmark the pages we use regularly and save the information we want to refer to later. Additionally, we can search for a word and see every document that includes it, making it easy to find the information we need at any given moment.

The Shopify team uses Guru as a encyclopedia for the information regarding our products, services and internal processes, allowing to know the paths to take when the merchants arrive requesting information about the services we provide, or else the escalation to the specific teams that manages the different situations, like billing, legal, taxes, account, among others. Guru allows processing a seamless search to find the best resolution to our merchants, making the interactions more specific and shorter to provide the best experience.
