We use Handshake across campus to post job opportunities, job fairs, career experiences, internships, etc., for all students. If students are looking for a job in particular, we aim to help provide that resource through Handshake. Handshake solves problems with students looking for jobs by making access to what's available accessible for students to find.

The quality of jobs available for graduates is lacking
There should be more information available about the jobs, specifically salary and work modality for every job.
Students do not often seem to use it because of the aforementioned issues.

I cannot really speak to the full ROI as a limited user.
