Happay is an expense management application. We use it for traveling expense management, Business expense management. We use it for all kinds of expenses that are dynamic and can't be done through the normal procurement life cycle of RFQ, PR, and PO processes.

Happay is the best for all expenses which are unique in nature for employees. It creates the Flexibility of the wallet and incorporates ease of access for both the employer and the employee. Bill submissions are made much easier with the features along with the scanning of the bills. Happay helps in going completely paperless as well as an accounting tool for businesses, especially in MSME and SME companies which benefit from a greater tool.

Happy is used to manage travel expenses. I travel often for my work due to client visits and events, which lead to a lot of expenses on the go. Happy helped with managing the bills and getting reimbursed in time. The expense approval went through a chain of authority which helped the company keep a track of the finances transparently.

Happay is basically used to submit expenses and for reviewing the expenses submitted by my team.
Any kind of marketing expense has to be submitted through Happay only.
  • Manage expenses submitted by employees
  • Limits can be set to expenses ( for example, cab expenses cannot be claimed for more than 150 rupees without including a bill)
Happay is well suited for any organisation to keep track of the expenses and costs employees are incurring related to travel.
  • Happay recently helped us manage the overall limits of the expenses and thus reduced the overall contribution employee travel had in our budget/expenses.
I have not faced any issues for which I had to call the support team, so I gave an average rating for the Happay Support Team.
