Harri is our primary website for new starter enrolment in our restaurant. Potential Employees apply for the job, and this shows them up as a new applicant on Harri. Harri is then used to progress the applicant through to hired and on our payroll system. We also use it to check applicants right to work and schedule interviews.
  • Speedy hiring process
  • Cuts paperwork
  • I am unsure about creating templates for uploading.
  • Being able to view the job ads currently posted.
One of the best things about Harri is that all documents for hired staff remain stored on the website, so if you ever need to access original information, it is always right at your fingertips! It’s also great because once you send the files to be completed by employees, it is in their hands to complete the documents, this then pulls straight through to our HR and payroll system :) no typing up and a lot less room for error
I have never had to use customer support on Harri’s website. I would say that this tells you a lot about the software itself - very user-friendly - which is why I scored it a 7! There have been a few times when it has taken me a while to work out errors on a page, for example, phone number formats. It would be useful if Harri were to provide more information e.g., if you were to hover over the telephone number, for example. It told you the way it wanted you to write it.

We are using Harri for managing 8 restaurants in the DMV area. Over 350 employees are being processed. The software is being used for hiring, onboarding and managing employees. We are using it for implementing new policies, re-verification of current employees and onboarding of new employees. Harri is reminding the whole team on employee evaluation which is very helpful when you are part of a big team that grows more weekly. One of the most powerful tools that can be used in the industry!
  • I9 is filled up with machine accuracy. The fact that it is not possible to override the system and hire someone without a proper and valid work permit, makes our lives more relaxed.
  • Adding a new policy is done within a couple of hours... for the company that has close to 400 employees.
  • Reporting is quick and very easy to handle. All of your data can be pulled from the phone!
  • Managing interviews and handling hiring is extremely fast. everything is being done through three clicks.
  • Machines are accurate in the amount that the user wants. Train your management to be technology-friendly and there will be no problems at all.
The software gives you an opportunity to spend 70% of interview time talking to candidates and only 30% on sitting in front of the computer. That is not the case when you do not have Harri.
This is probably the best part of Harri. People who work and implement the software are there for you literally every day in a matter of 15 minutes.

Having tried a wide range of tools and platforms, I personally found that using Harri has been the most effective for recruitment. The broad scale of different candidates available makes it both easy and simple to find the right candidate you’re looking for. You have the option to search for particular skills too which makes it easy to search for the right person. It has a wide range of different features that are easily accessed via their app. The app is easy to follow providing you with the opportunity to do things on the go. One of my favorite features is the ability to easily communicate with candidates to ask any questions, whilst also scheduling interviews. After using the Harri app I don’t think ill ever go back, I don’t know how I survived without it!
  • The sheer ease of use provides you with an absolutely seamless experience. This, alongside a highly passionate team, provides you with an app in which you can interview, hire and begin working with staff in a matter of only a few weeks.
  • The staff are fantastic and will do anything to ensure that your experience is nothing but the best.
  • Everything is done without paper, ensuring that everything is all in one place. It’s simple and easy to use.
  • Also, the app is updated on a regular basis, in which a number of different features are added and removed.
  • When using the app it is somewhat difficult to establish the cons. We have had so much success and loved our experience throughout. If we were to give one criticism it would be regarding the sales forecasting. You have to spend some time and learn how to use it.
It's a great solution for a medium-size business. We have 5 admin users and multiple roles using the platform like an HR manager, IT department, general manager and business owner. This wouldn't necessarily be needed for smaller businesses, but the great thing about Harri is that it offers you both options.
Because no one is ever perfect! But seriously, they provide one of the better customer support experiences I have ever seen. Very responsive, very communicative, and always handling any inconveniences with haste.

We use Harri for hiring our new starters in the restaurant. People apply and their application comes through to us on Harri, and we then use the system to advance their application from offering an interview, to check, to right-to-work, and sending them some online forms to complete so we can add them to our HR system.
  • User friendly
  • Takes the leg work out of hiring - leaves paperwork in the employees hands
  • Isn't very clear on how to load your own templates
  • The interview calendar could be vastly improved in my opinion, and perhaps tie in with personal calendars on phone/email
It’s great because the files are all uploaded already so you just click what you want to send to the future employee and then it is their responsibility to complete the forms.
You do not have to sit down with paper or hand-written forms for HR and you also do not then have to type it all up because the information pulls straight to Fourth for you. This means there is less room for error.
Don’t think I have ever had to use the support function on Harri itself, but I have run into a few problems where people cannot be sent to payroll. However, I have had support from within our head office who have different access levels and are able to solve the problems. Sometimes it is things like I entered the postcode in the wrong format. It would be good if Harri highlighted this on my system so I could fix the errors myself.

Harri combines all aspect of hiring and puts it all together in an easily managed system.
  • Puts together individuals details.
  • Linked with trust id
  • Sends to payroll
  • Communication with messaging between us and individuals can be clumpy
When putting together an individual’s personal details, bank account, next of kin, you know it’s correct because it’s come straight from the applicant. You can’t enter them onto your payroll and get numbers wrong because they have given you the numbers straight onto Harri which then transfer to our payroll system
Any issues I’ve had or questions have been answered very quickly. And the online chat it makes it very simple.

It is used only by HR and we are currently moving away from it as the product has not developed in the way we had expected it to be developed.
  • At this point we are not thrilled with much - it used to be a great platform to screen people but that is no longer the case.
  • Communication on the platform is helpful but that is something everyone is able to do.
  • Internal communication for managers.
  • Staff files - it still is not able to be a fully digital employee file, and managers are not able to add notes to the person's file.
It would depend on what they are looking for.
