Harver, now including OutMatch, which merged with Harver in 2021, is a hiring solution that automates recruitment processes from apply to hire.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In our Human Resources department we implemented Harver toOptimize different recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding.This platform is easy for everyone to use, offers great features like job posting, screening, candidate matching, video interview scheduling, plus provides accurate applicant data.It can be integrated with various Applicant Tracking Platforms (ATS), such as TalentSoft, iCIMS, Taleo, and others, depending on the preferences of other stakeholders.

  • Facilitates hiring decisions.
  • I can conduct video interviews.
  • Integrates with the following applications: Connexys Recruiting Software, Jobvite, SmartRecruiters, TalentSoft, etc.

  • Limited integrations.
  • Direct integration with LMS platforms.
  • Lack of customization.
  • Harver is expensive.

  • The "VideoPitch" function is a great option to better project a job opportunity.

Pros

  • Opt In/Out for referees to be in our sourcing database.
  • Increased number of references per applicant, giving a better assessment of the applicant.
  • Reduction in time it takes to collect references.
  • Better quality of hire.

Cons

  • Customer Service initially was poor, but we now have a good account manager. However, compared to Checkster, (outmatch acquired) there is a clear service level difference.

  • Better quality of hire, reducing is less turnover during probation.
  • Reduction in cost of hire.
  • Reduction in time to hire.
