We have been using HeadSpin for a while now and we are very happy with it. We have found the service to be very helpful in solving cross-browser-related issues. We can test our projects locally and do not have to worry about sending them to remote servers. The service is also very easy to use!
- Keep track of each browser we have tested and when we lastly updated them.
- Remove any deprecated code or plugins that may cause issues with other browsers.

It also has some fantastic features that make it easy for developers to understand what's going on in their code. Headspin is a great tool to use when compared to LambdaTest. Headspin supports Appium, Appium Inspector, and Selenium, making it easier than ever before to develop such capabilities. However, LambdaTest offers only Appium and Selenium.

Our e-commerce website was performing pretty well however as
per the trend we wanted to have a mobile application to bring in more
customers. At first, we thought to outsource it however after careful
consideration we hired the developers in-house and developed an app in three
months. Now the challenge was to make sure that our app works
perfectly when installed on any device. This routed us to look for cloud-based
platforms and after some research, we finalized the HeadSpin platform.
Using the platform was fairly simple our tester and
developer both were able to upload the app and test it on any device they
wanted, not even that cherry on the cake was that we were able to test the
payment functionalities, language changes, and even after login features. We benchmarked our app's performance and keep on improving it
till we achieved the quality we wanted.

Though LambdaTest was cheaper, it did not offer the deal devices and we wanted to be 100% sure that our app offers a perfect experience to all users. Simulators and emulators are not the technology we wanted to rely on.

Good product
We are using automation on the cloud using HeadSpin. It gives all options of running a different type of iOS and android test in the cloud. Also, a web test could be run in HeadSpin. I was one of the lucky people to get the HeadSpin university program to get learning about Appium, XCUItest, and other automation-related stuff too.

BrowserStack pricing is on the higher side and their availability of devices was always a concern. Also, the support team was also not responding to the queries which made us think of moving out of them. HeadSpin took up our query very quickly and started with a demo of the product. Then they showcased all the features which helped us make our decision.
