I have tried a few other tools, and by far, this one is the most user-friendly, reliable, and quick of all. Literally, in two clicks, you can go from signing up to running your first test!

We wanted to have a tool that would allow us to quickly share access to a real physical device, not a simulator or emulator. Being able to do that with anybody in the team from QA to a designer or developer was very important to us. I would say if you are keen on manual testing, then HeadSpin is not the one for you.

They always provide great support, whenever we need help. We have a big team of testers and developers who use HeadSpin, but we never faced any major problems with the HeadSpin product. I want them to lower the pricing so that small businesses can also use it, really a great product.

HeadSpin is very well suited to perform authentication-based testing which means if you want to test the payment process with OTP that can be done quite easily as their devices come enabled with a sim card for this. It's super easy to integrate the platform with JIRA to mark and share bugs easily.

HeadSpin is a huge time-saver compared to the cost and difficulty of purchasing, setting up, and testing on our own mobile devices. It's extremely easy to use and allows you to do screen recording for a full-screen view of your website, which is not always possible on physical devices. We have done cross-browser testing using java automation. We have also done POC for python based framework too and it worked well as well. Another automation was using Appium, Selenium too where we ran multiple tests on different device combinations. The real device experience makes it well suited for all requirements.

Its best suited for testing apps on mobile devices and on multiple platforms. In organizations where a large amount of scalability is required HeadSpin is a viable option. Saves a lot of time that would otherwise be spent on mundane and repetitive tasks. Support for mobile testing is good but not great in the case of web application testing.
