Overall experience using Heap is great and i am totally satisfied with the services provided in the tool, We are able to get the insights with in 15 to 21 days and then same has been integrated with the Campaign manager tool to take the further action on the customer level.

Team became more productive and innovative and accordingly we were able to customize the campaign as well based on the Heap output and we have added the AI/ML model as well on the top of Heap output to get the maximum out of the tool, that's how team enabled the predictive component as well.
