Someone who has never used Dropbox Sign before could quickly figure it out without needing a tutorial or guide. It is very useful in instantly collecting signatures and keeping others in the loop as well, even if they aren't signers. I love that there's an option to cc someone in basically and they'll be able to see the documents and when it's signed. It's also impossible to miss a document not being signed because it automatically sends reminders to signers if they do not sign and emails reminders daily, letting me know how many documents are pending signatures.

Mediocre product with security issues

I've really given Dropbox Sign a fair shot, but I just can't bring myself to recommend it to anyone. Security is a big deal for me, and unfortunately - in my experience, it falls short in that department. Plus, when it comes to using it, I feel the whole experience is just kind of meh. It's not terrible, but it's definitely not wowing me either. And then there's the price... For what they're asking, in my opinion, there are definitely better options out there that offer more bang for your buck. All in all, I'd say it's worth exploring other alternatives before committing to Dropbox Sign.

I think Dropbox Sign is for you if you are in need of a platform that lets you easily and virtually sign documents or contracts. Especially if you are working remotely with clients, this makes it super seamless to send new clients docs without them having to figure out a way to sign and return them.

I like Dropbox Sign.

It's really good for uploading documents that have already been created and adding a few fields. My clients have found it easy to use, and I haven't ever had to explain what to do or how to sign up. It can be time-consuming to set up if there are a lot of fields that need to be filled out. I had issues once where a client's name was very long, and it was being cut off in the final document.
