I like to call HelpCrunch as the best live chat software ever used since it provides all the features with the best price. It keeps the agent motivated and help achieve better customer experience leading to higher sales. The other products will usually miss one or the other. The one which has features is expensive and the one which is not so expensive does not fit the bill.

We used Small Chat in the past. This is a really light-weight live chat solution which didn't have all the features that HelpCrunch has. So it's possibly not a fair example.

I also looked at the market leader - Intercom - who certainly provide a similar service however the price was much more expensive.
