Works very well for account-based marketing. Collateral can be tailored and shared with each and every customer and based on them interacting with the content on a regular basis or even sporadically or any other way they see fit depending on their role or their title or their department you can clearly see the value

Great for delivering insight on which personas are engaging with the material shared.

If I've had multiple meetings with personas, but they have not engaged with my proposal, I'm now able to understand the priority of our partnership and how it ranks within their other initiatives.

Highspot is a solid sales enablement platform to be used both as an in-house content library as well as a customer outreach tool (eg. Pitching). We're just getting started with using the analytics functionality involved with Pitch and with overall trending content/analytics internally with our usage and ramifications across sales teams. Works well with Business Development (prospecting 100% of the time all the time) as well as with Account Execs (new logos) and Customer Success teams for ongoing customer growth efforts.

Highspot is a great place for sales teams and marketing to build a stronger bond. Highspot makes it easy for marketing to add collateral and for sales to use that collateral in their follow-up pitches. Highspot is also a great place for learning and development - creating internal pitches for employees to learn and grow. Overall, I think Highspot is a must-have for any organization struggling with L & D and 1 centralized place for all collateral.

Everyday use, our clients will always receive current brochures updated by our amazing marketing team. Highspot makes our emails look professional and trusted since they can see what the brochure is and makes it desirable to open. Highspot is easy to use, it integrates with Gmail and Groove.

If you are constantly hearing from people about "where can I find this piece of content" or "do we have this created" then you will need a content solution like Highspot. It is very helpful in bridging gaps between sales and marketing and also helps increase rep productivity.

Highspot is great for companies that have tons of marketing content. Highspot makes content easy to use and at the fingertips of everyone who has access to it. It has made our content get used more, and there is less back and forth between our sales teams and marketing looking for stuff.

It also shows how effective our marketing materials are and helps us gauge what the sales team is using the most.

I think Highspot is not meant for companies that are VERY small or have a 1 - 5 person sales and marketing team because they would just not need such a robust tool.

Highspot helped our Sales organization store the most up-to-date collateral developed by our Product Marketing team. We no longer have to search through SharePoint or internal drives, and we have helped salespeople move away from using outdated content they may have stored on their machines.
Highspot has helped us identify what content is most impactful with our prospects and what content is not getting the attention we'd anticipate.
Highspot has unified Sales and Marketing teams to work together instead of in silos.

Highspot is well suited for hosting all internal and external digital assets in an easy-to-use manner. Through global search and filtering, you can find anything you need very quickly. They also have a salesforce integration that enables you to push specific highspot resources into the opportunity, to help you at each stage of the deal or against specific competitors.

Highspot is great as a sales toolkit. Sending a sales pitch is easy and because it integrated with Gmail and Salesloft, the sales team and the SDRs can quickly and easily include the appropriate content in an email. If sent from Highspot, you can see details about who opened the pitch and how long they accessed the content. If sending from Gmail or Salesloft, you cannot see those details.

When I need to build presentations to our customers, Highspot is always the place to go. In Highspot, I can find useful materials, business use cases, and other references that help me build presentations quickly. The platform offers our company a good way to organize our content and quickly share it across different departments.

If you're looking for a platform to house and manage content for your sellers to leverage in presentations as well as in emails, Highspot is a great asset. It's a very intuitive platform that doesn't have a bunch of fluff to sort through to get to what you are looking for. The ability to create different homepages depending on which department a user is a part of is also a great feature. Our Sales team will log on and see the most important documents for them, and then our Marketing team can log in and see something completely different.

Highspot is great for simple presentation/screen-share needs. I love how easy it is to upload and sort content. It's also great for sharing presentations/collateral company-wide. If you need a comprehensive solution with more advanced screen share capabilities, you may want to look elsewhere.

Highspot is well-suited for Sales professionals who want to engage their prospects/customers through content, as it allows them to share and track their engagement. It is also suited for content sharing among teams, and has easy-to-use remixing functionalities. However, the tool is not well-suited for regional teams who use localized assets, since there is no option to switch from an English version to a localized version (e.g. French), making it difficult/more time-consuming for non-English sales reps to locate an asset in their preferred language, after they have found it in English.

Any organization. Highspot is a platform that I've found myself needing at every startup I've ever worked at. It's also a tool that I've heard various marketing personnel wish for. Their recent round of funding is a perfect example of how badly a tool such as Highspot, has been needed for quite some time.

The best scenario is sharing documents/information with customers and prospects and having the possibility of tracking the interactions. Highspot is very useful to have official information and documents, it is great that you can select if a document is shearable outside the company or if it is only for internal use.

Highspot is well suited for organizations who have lots of internal documents that people constantly need to be referencing. It's especially good for companies with 200+ employees so that people don't have to constantly ask, "where do I find this content?"
Highspot is not as well suited for small organizations that have fewer internal documents and employees.

Medium to large organizations that have a large amount of content and resources. It is a great tool to organize content by department, industry/vertical, type of content (PDF, Resources, One Pagers, etc.), and internal/external content.

Additionally, it allows users to get what they need very quickly. By a quick search in the search bar you can find the most relevant content that may be buried at the bottom of a more traditional pile.

Highspot is great for sales-focused companies. Allows your Sales Reps to work efficiently and quickly. Lots of features like the "Pitch" feature that allows reps to send out content to a prospect and be able to customize the setting and track the views of that content. Internally admins can then get analytics on what content works and what doesn't.
