Homesnap is a versatile tool that offers numerous use cases for real estate professionals. Users can confidently browse MLS listings and access accurate information directly from listing agents, ensuring they have the most up-to-date details. The platform also allows agents to generate leads and enhance their online presence by directing potential clients to their professional Real Estate page on Google. By managing Google profiles and adding computer-generated posts periodically, Homesnap helps users maintain an active and engaging online presence.

In addition to these features, Homesnap offers valuable market insights to agents. They are able to view other agents' sales stats, gaining valuable knowledge about the market and competition. The software also enables users to set up automated searches based on clients' housing needs, streamlining the process of finding suitable properties. Clients can even write reviews on behalf of real estate professionals, boosting their reputation and credibility.

Homesnap has become the go-to mobile app for showing real estate properties, simplifying the process for both agents and clients. With on-site Comparative Market Analysis capabilities, agents can provide real-time information to clients, giving them a comprehensive understanding of the property's value. Furthermore, Homesnap serves as an additional point of contact with clients, facilitating seamless communication and engagement throughout the buying or selling process.

While Homesnap offers numerous benefits, some users have reported issues with customer service responsiveness and resolution times. There have also been mixed experiences with buyer and seller leads, with a decline in quality and supply over time reported by some users. Concerns have been raised regarding lead qualifications, as some leads turn out to be non-responsive or outdated. Additionally, users have expressed frustration with the lack of support and assistance from representatives when discontinuing subscriptions.

Obtaining client reviews and getting them published on Google has been challenging for some users, leading to dissatisfaction with the product's performance in this area. Finally, a few users have felt that Homesnap did not meet their expectations and regretted the cost of the subscription.

Direct MLS Integration: Several users have expressed their appreciation for Homesnap's direct integration with the MLS, setting it apart from other apps. This feature has been highlighted by multiple reviewers as a key advantage of the platform.

Convenient Communication with Agents: The ability to communicate with their agent without leaving the app has been mentioned by a number of users as a convenient and time-saving feature. This seamless communication enhances the overall user experience and allows for efficient collaboration between buyers/sellers and agents.

Real-time Property Line Feature: Users have been impressed with Homesnap's real-time property line feature, which enables them to virtually walk the property line using their iPhone. This innovative functionality has garnered positive feedback from several reviewers, who find it helpful in assessing property boundaries during their search process.

Limited Filter Options: Some users have expressed that Homesnap could benefit from offering more filter options and custom boundary searches. This indicates that the current filter options may be insufficient for users who have specific needs or preferences.

Ineffective Notification System: Several reviewers have mentioned that Homesnap should provide alerts for new homes that match their saved filters. This suggests that the current notification system may not be efficient in notifying users about relevant listings, potentially causing them to miss out on opportunities.

Lack of Responsive Customer Service: Users have highlighted issues with customer service, emphasizing the need for better support. This implies that there may be a lack of responsiveness or effectiveness in the current customer service provided by Homesnap.

Based on user reviews, here are the three most common recommendations for Homesnap:

  1. Many users recommend Homesnap as a valuable tool for their real estate business. They find it easy to use and user-friendly, making it a great option for daily use. Users appreciate its quick access to information and believe it helps them be more visible to clients.

  2. Some users suggest trying Homesnap for getting more views and showings on listings. They have found success in using this app, especially if they are new to the real estate industry. Homesnap has helped their business grow and provided excellent support.

  3. However, there are also users who advise against using the product or caution against certain aspects of it. Some warn against spending money on ads and suggest that Homesnap is not worth the investment. Others have had ongoing issues with listing input and terrible customer service, leading them to discourage others from using the service or being cautious with their payment information.

Overall, while Homesnap receives positive recommendations for its value as a real estate tool and support for business growth, there are also mixed opinions regarding its effectiveness and customer service.

I signed for Homesnap in December 3rd 2021, but I was not approved by Google until February 2022. The representative for Homesnap did not help me anymore from January 2022. I was assigned to Lyn R. after him, she is too busy to help any agent, she has more than 300 agents. She told me that because I will not continue with the subscription after 6 months, she stopped helping me, no more phone calls, support, or anything, and my subscription will expire on June 3rd, 2022. I signed for 6 months. Also, it is top-secret until an agent signs that you will have to beg for reviews from family, friends, and past clients to be on top of the list from Google. Many of the reviews from past clients Google will not publish. Google chooses which reviews publish and which ones will not publish. It is a scam! I threw away $3,000.00 (I'm still paying and I will be charged next month again). If anyone is thinking of signing PLEASE DO NOT SIGN!
It is a scam, no result delivered what it is promised, it is not disclosed that the agents have to beg anyone that they know for 5 stars reviews and if not, Homesnap will not help or work. Also, anyone can get reviews on Google for free and does not need to pay for Homesnap.
  • Leads - that I did not get.
  • No customer service.
  • ROI was negative as I lost my $3,000 and did not gain any leads.
  • Facebook Business Manager (formerly Pages Manager)
I do not like Facebook for serious leads but at least it is not [as pricey] as Homesnap and I know what to expect from FB.

My issue with HomeSnap is the customer service. I had used HomeSnap Pro+ for a year and it was fine - honestly, it isn't something I would pay $600 a year to have but I didn't DISLIKE it either. It had some nice features. However, my subscription auto-renewed, and I must not have seen the "warning" email - but I reached out to the customer service department to tell them I didn't want the product... crickets. After a week or so of reaching out and not hearing back, I disputed the charge.. (at the time I legitimately thought I was auto-renewed way earlier than it was supposed to be) ... literally within an hour of disputing I get several responses from customer service. They ask me to drop the dispute in order to work with me on a resolution -- and say they will refund me the money and close my account. The dispute is now closed and I reached back out to ask them about the refund (which I have not received as of yet, it has been two weeks yet according to them it was supposed to take 5-7 days) and I have not received a callback or response to my emails. Just another software company that wants your subscription money and good reviews. Horrible customer service. Stay away

Homesnap displays and generates leads to my professional Real Estate page on Google. Homesnap will manage my Google profile, by adding computer-generated posts every so frequently. I can view other Agents' sales stats, set up automated searches for my clients' housing needs, and allow my clients to write reviews on my behalf. Homesnap makes my daily duties more simplistic.
  • Automatically generated posts
  • Allows my clients to write and see my professional reviews
  • Gives me the professional transaction stats of all Agents
  • Generates more leads to my Google page

  • I have no complaints.
  • I haven't found any platform glitches.
  • I'm satisfied with everything Homesnap has to offer.
Homesnap makes my daily activities easier by having one less worry of updating my Google professional profile page. With the everyday stresses that come with being a REALTOR, we often forget to update our multiple lead-generating professional profile pages. Homesnap frequently reminds me to do my own post updates, amongst it doing some automatic post updates for me.
  • Free lead generation
  • True agent and client reviews
  • Actual agents' sales stats
  • Homesnap keeps my post current and innovative.
  • Homesnap will give me advice on how to drive leads to my Homesnap profile and my Google profile.
  • I pay approximately $200 a year for my Homesnap plus. I definitely get my return on my investment!
  • I'd highly recommend Homesnap to any agent!
