Hoot is helping us a lot in managing our business-related meetings. We were never able to connect online and collaborate with our team with such quality video and audio that it feels like a real meeting. It has a diverse form of features like that of Screen sharing by the help of which we can present our business strategy along with personal chat feature.
Pros and Cons
  • The screen sharing feature is very helpful for us in presentations.
  • With help of recording, we can record our whole session and can check flaws.
  • Its price is very much reasonable and sophisticated.
  • I like its customer service that is always on the go to help customers.
  • It requires a profoundly strong internet connection or else it stops working.
  • It is buggy.
  • There should be an update on it.
Likelihood to Recommend
It is a great choice if someone wants to add a large number of participants and have a large team. I have been using it and haven’t found it ruining the quality of video because of participants. Furthermore, My team found it easy to join the link . Something that bothers me is that it doesn’t work well with a weak internet connection and this is troublesome for us.

Alternatives Considered
I don’t like both of these tools. In both of these softwares, it was quite hard to generate a link for video meetings even in Zoom that was more tricky. Plus the price of both of these tools was much high than that of Hoot and that was another demerit. So, all these things compelled me to switch to Hoot and I am having a wonderful experience with it .

Hoot has proved itself highly useful for us in arranging video meetings. It made it possible for me to collaborate with my team and give theme presentations related to new business strategies. Its speed and quality video are highly inspiring and it has all the features necessary to make a virtual meeting successful. It is quite helpful.

It is a very amazing tool for everyone who wants to experience the essence of real-time meetings in a virtual meeting. It has the capacity to withhold a large number of participants without creating any kind of trouble. Its integration and quality of video and audio are far beyond perfection. But [I feel] its customer service is quite pathetic.

  • Zoom
I was not satisfied with the quality of video Zoom used to provide us. Furthermore, my team didn’t find the Zoom link easy to join and above all creating link for the meeting was very hard and tricky in Zoom which is easy in Hoot and Hoot works well even with a large number of participants, and my teammates find it easy.
