According to the vendor, it offers two options for EMV instant card issuance: a cloud-based solution and a fully customizable local solution. It provides the necessary components for instant printing of EMV cards, including personalization software, plastic EMV cards, service and maintenance packages, and delivery options.

Complementing the instant card issuance feature, the HST Instant Issuance also supports centrally issued cards for large batch issues. The vendor claims that this feature allows clients to determine their architecture scheme to effectively distribute workload and pace their growth. It accommodates most brands and printer models with full profile support and supports contact, contactless, and dual interface technology.

According to the vendor, the HST Instant Issuance provides custom Smart Card applications to fit customers' specific requirements. It supports migration from Private Label Card Application to Smart Card using EMV standards. This feature can be utilized for various purposes such as EMV Loyalty Programs, Electronic Purse Applications, retail cards, and closed-loop transactions.

The HST Instant Issuance reduces fraud by authenticating cryptograms and generating scripts for EMV cards, claims the vendor. It enhances fraud prevention processes with chip data authentication and allows dynamic updating of EMV parameters on Smart Cards after issuance. Moreover, the vendor states that it enables cardholders to select, change, and unblock PINs quickly and easily.
