HubSpot makes it easy to log and keep track of emails and workflows. The design of HubSpot is user-friendly and easy to use. It helps me keep track of my daily tasks/ reminders and upcoming meetings. HubSpot has excellent customer service when you call in for help. This company gets a 10/10 review from me. I highly recommend everyone try HubSpot for one of their CRMs.
  • Task reminders.
  • Workflows
  • Email tracking.
  • Sequences
  • Customizable colors.
I use HubSpot every day to track and send out emails to students. It makes it easy to log the emails that have been sent. When I can't find something or my other CRM isn't working correctly, I can locate my students and see the emails and tasks I have done and are coming up.

I want to send email sequences to clients easily so that I can stay present in their inboxes and front of mind for opportunities to support their needs. I send out at least one multipart sequence a month to active clients and a weekly sequence to prospects. Hubspot makes it easy to send them and track engagement.
  • Email sequences to active clients and prospects.
  • Email templates for making emailing quickly to common questions from clients.
  • Tracking engagement across every email that I send.
  • I would love a report that shows who engages with a sequence from most to least, not just the top engagers.
  • I wish I could enroll more than 50 contacts into a sequence at a time. This would save me time when enrolling in a list and prevent me from having to go page by page.
Tracking when a client or prospect was last contacted tracking what a client or prospect engages with precisely so I can determine their interests and what I can use as talking points in future conversations.

I use it as a sales rep. I use it for it's CRM capabilities, tasks, sequences, templates, and quotes.
  • Sequencing
  • Tasks
  • Deal management.
  • If you could tie certain products together for a quote, for example, if I were to select a product, it would automatically attach other products that need to go with it rather than selecting each one separately.
  • When you select sequences, I had to find that you need to click All and then go up to see created by "Me." If you click the drop-down button, the user isn't first.
  • When different users are in the account, maybe separate it by Account manager, support, etc. so everything isn't lumped together in the same middle area. I have to search a lot for things that pertain to just me.
  • BIG- With Marketing, they are separate and send out emails. There should be a way to click something that says you're engaged with them so they don't receive any marketing emails while you're working with them. To me, it's annoying, and to the potential, I'm sure it's also irritating.
Sequencing and total management of the customer.

We use HubSpot for many reasons— as a CRM, for sequence/ cadences, marketing landing pages, performance dashboards. Working in sales, our BDRs/ SDRs have found a lot of success using the sequence feature to push out outbound email campaigns. On top of that, HubSpot has a great tracking and performance analytics on these campaigns, step-by-step. We can really understand the repeatability of our campaigns thanks to these analytics. On the CRM side of things, it's great to track activities and events with potential customers and prospects.
  • Ease of use— navigating around the platform is very intuitive. You can get a hang of the tool by playing around with it for a few minutes
  • Analytics. Sequence analytics to see what stage of a sequence yields the best results, allowing us to reiterate and keep fine-tuning our processes and outbound strategies.
  • Dashboards. Great to understand person-level team performance, and filter month over month or by rep
  • Some tracking issues with integrations, like failure to log calls with Aircall
  • Some tasks are quite tedious. Need to manually track a lot of things. Would be great to see some automation on this front.
  • Emails. Great to have this feature built into the CRM, however, sometimes when clicking CC; sometimes the whole bubble disappears. Might be a bug
Hubspot is a great, all encompassing CRM. It's great for entire sales and revenue operations team to use to remain on the same page. I think it's especially powerful for pre-sales, it's great to utilize the tool for prospecting and I genuinely believe a tool like Hubspot can contribute to ARR and revenue growth.

This is probably one of the best CRM platforms I have ever used and I have been in sales for 20 plus years. Whats amazing is their customer service. They go above and beyond to help me and so grateful for each of them. It’s very user friendly. Easy to navigate and fun to use. It’s tracking all my leads, deals and everything else in between. I will be long time user guaranteed! The only thing I wish is better KPI tracking for lower cost!
  • Customer service
  • Tracking all the tasks and sending me notifications
  • Email intergration
  • KPI tracking, better KPI dashboard
  • Better filter system
  • Maybe more education on organizing leads
It’s honestly suited for anyone doing heavy lifting in sales. It’s amazing how user friendly is. It’s quite the experience and love how all my tasks are updated and tracked. Probably the best thing!

I am the sole business development rep. at my organization. Which means apart from cold outreach I also manage the accounts and it is amazing to be able to use HubSpot CRM to track the various activities at a moments notice. Features like call recording help me assess my successful and not so successful calls, making me better by the day.
  • Calling directly from web platform and call recording features
  • Email integration with organization emails
  • Tracking activity and integration with quoting and invoicing tools
  • Account management and various report building to track progress
  • Personalized Dashboards to collect, track and improve overall progress
  • Microsoft Email integration
  • Tracking of sub and parent companies
  • Archiving contacts and building and uploading list fields.
Scenerios for a small BD team, where clients are overlapping and there is a mix of big and small clients is something HubSpot does great. Tracking and communicating abilities through out your internal team, as well as any cold outreach on call and email is very well suited for this CRM and must continue.

As mentioned, Microsoft integration is just not that great. Having to manually log emails for a team the size of ours is troubling. Especially working in a fast paced environment where tracking should be seamless, its nothing short of annoying.

We use it across all departments, marketing, sales, customer support it helps with automation alot, I would oversee marketing a some sales process and it really helps give a clear picture processes and campaigns from start to finish and everything else in between.
  • Automation
  • Segmentation
  • Target Companies
  • Allowing to embed polls / surveys into sales emails would help
  • Software to easily host webinars in the portal via marketing dashboard
  • Alert you when you haven't reached out to a 'prospect' after a certain amount of time
Well suited across sales and marketing to help define campaign, outcomes of campaigns etc.

The limit of marketing contacts 2,000 a small company doesn't have the budget to allow the purchases needed which enterprise level has and it limits us to be able to bring in more opportunites to create that budget to spend

I use HubSpot for everything Sales related. Tracking daily outreach tasks for prospective clients - who I'm reaching out to, how many times have I reached out already, what have I sent them, and how many times have I called them. Using templates for emails makes all outreach quick and efficient. I also use two separate pipelines to track prospective clients and current clients. My sales pipeline shows me who I have meetings scheduled with, who's already seen a demo, and where they are in my sales process. Our current client pipeline makes it easy to track where clients are regarding onboarding. Document storage is also great for helping me keep track of updated contracts. Or to help me keep a one-pager on file to send quickly to prospects.
  • Manage outreach to prospects.
  • Manage my prospect client and current client pipelines.
  • Keep all of my documents stored and easily accessible.
  • Email Templates.
  • I would love to see more options for buying calling minutes.
  • Sometimes my data imports do not line up properly.
Very well suited for staying on top of daily tasks and getting meetings booked. I don't have many use cases right now for which this platform is ill-suited.

We use HubSpot CRM to track tickets, email, reporting all in one localised place which gives us ease of use and the ability to see where we can improve
  • reporting of tickets
  • communication externally
  • reporting on our stats
  • remove email threads and just use the latest reply
  • highlight notes better
I use HubSpot CRM for daily communication with customers where it is visible for everyone needed. The threads within reply's can become confusing

  • Love that you can customize to fit your always changing goals.
  • Very User Friendly
  • Helpful to stay organized
  • It took along time to get used to set up.
  • Allow Mass sending of templates to different emails.
  • Allow place to save Instagram Handle as well.
Its great for prospecting. I think the deals section could use more improvement. Maybe different color options.

We use it to organize all of our business development and partnership efforts. It addresses the problem of having to deal with thousands of different contacts and being able to manage each of their activities in one place.
  • Sequences
  • Data Insights
  • Automation
  • More customization
  • More integration with data intelligence platforms
  • Hyperlinks as personalization keys
Where you want to use a lot of outreach it is appropriate. For small scale businesses it would be less appropriate.

HubSpot CRM is definitely user friendly. I enjoy the opportunities that CRM gives us and all the supporting background that is created as a Community and Knowledge Base.
  • Creates an opportunity to keep all necessary data at one place
  • Gives a great opportunity to nurture leads and generate Deals
  • Has plenty of integrational options
  • Prospecting page has to provide bulk addition and assigning options
HubSpot CRM is great for Leads generation, nurturing and closing.

I use HubSpot CRM for email communications
  • Keep contact activity organized
  • Schedule and send email campaigns
  • Receive insights when prospects open or click emails
  • Detailed reports of activity
  • Ability to create lists for later follow ups
  • Creating lists of contacts that opened or clicked on an email for further follow up
  • Adding tags to contacts for organization purposes
HubSpot CRM has lots of great features but always room for improvement

We use HubSpot CRM to store all our contact details and what is ongoing with that specific contact, what deal is in process, whether it was done or not, what is the revenue, reach out to new people, keep a record of the conversation that happens with that contact and many more.
  • manage contacts
  • keep the record
  • show your progress
  • interface
  • easy to filter out the contracts
  • improve the contact customisation
When you have a lot of incoming and outgoing projects and you need to manage all the deals and keep a record of them and also want to save the conversation with that specific client. You need Hubspot CRM kind of software which helps you track all the stuff related to that contact.

We use HubSpot as our main customer database. Our sales team runs their business through HubSpot. We monitor sales activity, pipeline metrics, and closed won revenue through HubSpot dashboards. HubSpot is the lifeline of our sales team. Each day, reps log in to HubSpot, and the CRM runs our day, tells us who to call and who to email, shows us deal progress, etc. Without HubSpot, our team would be lost and unable to function at a high level.
  • Tracks activity metrics.
  • Delivers information regarding inbound leads.
  • Presents quota attainment and closed won/lost revenue in a meaningful way.
  • Advanced reporting and exporting capabilities.
  • Dashboard creation could be easier.
  • Use of AI could be enhanced.
HubSpot is the ideal CRM for a small to mid-size sales team. HubSpot is the most accessible CRM to use and easy to learn, train, and develop skills over time. The activity timeline of a contact makes it easy for a manager to see where a deal is currently at or how a new deal came to life.

I use it to receive leads and call them in a easy way. We can also record the conversations, asking people if they allow it. It is the fastest way to do sales conversations at the phone, without passing from google calendar or other typeforms that are more professional for companies but they are not for privates
  • Recording calls
  • Showing list of leads
  • Analysing report activities
  • ordering tasks in an easier way
  • notifications could be done better
  • call phone status could be automatic
It is appropriated if you have to do analysis about sales activities of your team, even though they work remotely, you can see what they are doing during their whole workday without the sensation of being spied. Instead, I would not recommend HubSpot if you simply want to organise calls with people because they are not listed

I use HubSpot to track who opens my emails and documents. I can see how long people are viewing individual pages on my papers. This allows me to workshop specific pages to increase sales. Without measurable data, I would never be able to see what was working and what needed fixing.
  • Quantifiable Data.
  • Quick Emails with Templates.
  • Clarity in who is viewing my emails.
  • When I open an email I sent with my iPhone, HubSpot sends me a notification saying, "Someone has opened your email."
  • I wish it were easier to see viewership data on sent documents through the Chrome extension.
Good for email tracking and data.

We use HubSpot to manage and track our leads, as well as HubSpot's different marketing channels, to reach out and communicate to our potential customers effectively. We use automation and sequences and thorough tracking of where we are in the sales cycle. We also use HubSpot to track our sales reps' productivity throughout the day to make sure we are hitting the metrics needed to stay effective as a sales department. We just started to use HubSpot to track our sales numbers on a day-to-day basis to show leadership the numbers that are coming directly from the team.
  • keeps our lead on track for our sales cycle.
  • manages our employees productivity.
  • reminds us of what to do next without thinking.
  • Its probably just me but I get contacts and companies confused and for lead assignment, if I assign a contact, it wont assign the company.
  • Texting, I wish we could text through the CRM.
I love HubSpot! I think it's better than Salesforce, and it's priced so that our small business can afford to use a CRM with so many features. I used Salesforce at a previous company where I was leading a team, and I find that HubSpot is easier to use.

I use Hub Spot to allow potential clients to book product demos. We log all our calls, SMS, and email communications, then arrange lists, tickets, and deals to move them through the sales pipeline from prospect to lead to a deal and then pay customers.
  • Tracking workflows.
  • Automation of emails.
  • Meeting links.
  • Logging activity.
  • No SMS reminders for meetings.
  • You aren't able to use fields within emails if you want to create one-off emails; always has to be a template.
Great to track customer journeys through the sales pipeline.

Can sometimes miss things like SMS reminders for meetings.

We use it to automate and streamline the sales process. We can add prospects into sequences that automatically create follow-up tasks when we engage with them. We can also connect our email and LinkedIn accounts to streamline processes. It saves a lot of time and cuts down manual processes.
  • Automating tasks.
  • Saving time on manual tasks.
  • Making calls.
  • Sending emails.
  • Dialling back numbers that aren't saved as contacts.
  • Being able to call Middle East numbers.
When trying to prospect and reach prospects with content, information, and sales content, it is good as it always creates follow-up tasks for you to make sure that you don't forget to try and reach them. It can also automate your outreach and keep them in a sequence so you can easily jump from prospect to prospect.

The major objective is sales: both deal creation and closing deals. Then I manage contacts, track deals through various stages, and automate follow-up emails and tasks. Unfortunately, I do not yet use the comprehensive reporting tools and dashboards that allow businesses to measure the effectiveness of their sales. The major plus is that it offers clear visibility into the sales pipeline, enabling me and my sales teams to track the status of deals, forecast revenue, and prioritize efforts on the most promising opportunities.
  • Manage contacts
  • Track deals
  • Manage projects
  • Interface
  • Report for basic user also
  • More automation
It's a plus for accessing real-time reports and dashboards for insights into sales performance, marketing ROI, customer service efficiency, and overall business health, aiding in strategic planning and resource allocation.

I use HubSpot to consolidate information about and contacts within companies we've reached out to. HubSpot makes it easy to find out everything I need to know about a company, such as the people who work there, what property they've been reached out to for, where the company is located, when they were last contacted, etc. I also use it to track other people's activity on emails I've sent them, such as opens, link clicks, etc. This makes it easy to know whether or not a person or brand is interested in what I am offering them and whether or not they are worth a continued pursuit. One more thing HubSpot is used for is the email templates available. This makes it easy to send better emails faster.
  • Consolidation of company information.
  • Tracking of recipient activity.
  • Streamlining sales emails.
  • Consistency of information input in templates (sometimes what I want automatically put into an info isn't).
  • It is difficult and confusing to navigate different report types.
  • Hard to view templates in gmail.
HubSpot is great for companies that heavily rely on communication both within the company itself and between other companies, but it is not as effective when the focus of a company is more research-based. Its communication tracking tools are advanced and incredibly helpful, but it is hard to consolidate non-communication information.

As a seller, I find HubSpot to be the most intuitive and easy to use CRM solution that I have ever utilized.
If there is something I don't know how to do, I go to HubSpot Academy and research it and watch the on-demand tutorial. If I can't find something, I will chat with the AI bot and if necessary, I will reach out to support.
  • Intuitive
  • Helps me stay organized
  • Easy to use
  • prioritization of tasks
  • see how many times I've contact a client without digging through activities
I create my own email templates and share with others on my team and even train them. I love that I get feedback on what I might need to add/delete from my template to increase it's effectiveness.

I honestly can't think of any scenarios where it's less appropriate.

HubSpot is the main CRM for our agency, that we use to track email openings, store deals. We did try competitors that are either buggy (Pipedrive) or too difficult to use (Salesforce). It is an easy-to-use interface and lots of integrations with other software we use are also of essential importance to us.
  • Email tracking.
  • Deals stages.
  • CRM
  • Gap between Start and Professional Plan is massive.
  • Call booking is not even close to Calendly.
  • Email opening not tracking unique and self openings.
HubSpot CRM excels in scenarios where our businesses seek to streamline our sales and marketing processes, offering intuitive interfaces and robust automation capabilities that enhance lead management and customer engagement. It's particularly well-suited for small to medium-sized enterprises looking for an all-in-one solution to manage their customer relationships effectively. However, for huge organizations with highly complex sales cycles or those requiring extensive customization, HubSpot CRM might be less appropriate due to potential scalability limitations and the cost associated with unlocking its full suite of features.

I currently use HubSpot to follow up on my leads and send quotations. I miss the possibility of contacting them directly by WhatsApp, inside of HubSpot. HubSpot is an easy system that allows me to organize the sales routine and take care of my clients and potential contracts efficiently.
  • Create task.
  • Send emails.
  • Calls
  • Filter potential clients.
  • Button to WhatsApp with possibility of send message direct.
  • Possibility of create templates to WhatsApp.
  • Possibility of create a quotation direct in HubSpot.
When I have potential clients, Hubspot can create tasks, and I can follow these clients, increasing the chances of closing a contract. But, contacting these clients by WhatsApp is more complicated, because I should save this person in my cellphone and send a message by WhatsApp Web. It would be more straightforward if I had a button in Hubspot.
