- Task reminders.

- Email tracking.
- Sequences
- Customizable colors.
Making client and prospect outreach easy!
- Email sequences to active clients and prospects.
- Email templates for making emailing quickly to common questions from clients.
- Tracking engagement across every email that I send.
- I would love a report that shows who engages with a sequence from most to least, not just the top engagers.
- I wish I could enroll more than 50 contacts into a sequence at a time. This would save me time when enrolling in a list and prevent me from having to go page by page.
Hubspotting
- Sequencing
- Tasks
- Deal management.
- If you could tie certain products together for a quote, for example, if I were to select a product, it would automatically attach other products that need to go with it rather than selecting each one separately.
- When you select sequences, I had to find that you need to click All and then go up to see created by "Me." If you click the drop-down button, the user isn't first.
- When different users are in the account, maybe separate it by Account manager, support, etc. so everything isn't lumped together in the same middle area. I have to search a lot for things that pertain to just me.
- BIG- With Marketing, they are separate and send out emails. There should be a way to click something that says you're engaged with them so they don't receive any marketing emails while you're working with them. To me, it's annoying, and to the potential, I'm sure it's also irritating.
Hubspot CRM is great
- Ease of use— navigating around the platform is very intuitive. You can get a hang of the tool by playing around with it for a few minutes
- Analytics. Sequence analytics to see what stage of a sequence yields the best results, allowing us to reiterate and keep fine-tuning our processes and outbound strategies.
- Dashboards. Great to understand person-level team performance, and filter month over month or by rep
- Some tracking issues with integrations, like failure to log calls with Aircall
- Some tasks are quite tedious. Need to manually track a lot of things. Would be great to see some automation on this front.
- Emails. Great to have this feature built into the CRM, however, sometimes when clicking CC; sometimes the whole bubble disappears. Might be a bug
HubSpot For Life!
- Customer service
- Tracking all the tasks and sending me notifications
- Email intergration
- KPI tracking, better KPI dashboard
- Better filter system
- Maybe more education on organizing leads
HubSpot - Your own Sales Domain
- Calling directly from web platform and call recording features
- Email integration with organization emails
- Tracking activity and integration with quoting and invoicing tools
- Account management and various report building to track progress
- Personalized Dashboards to collect, track and improve overall progress
- Microsoft Email integration
- Tracking of sub and parent companies
- Archiving contacts and building and uploading list fields.
As mentioned, Microsoft integration is just not that great. Having to manually log emails for a team the size of ours is troubling. Especially working in a fast paced environment where tracking should be seamless, its nothing short of annoying.
Amazing CRM but don't forget the smaller details
- Automation
- Segmentation
- Target Companies
- Allowing to embed polls / surveys into sales emails would help
- Software to easily host webinars in the portal via marketing dashboard
- Alert you when you haven't reached out to a 'prospect' after a certain amount of time
The limit of marketing contacts 2,000 a small company doesn't have the budget to allow the purchases needed which enterprise level has and it limits us to be able to bring in more opportunites to create that budget to spend
