The price and ease of use really sets this apart from other CRMs that are as powerful (or slightly more powerful) and that coupled with flexible, growth-oriented pricing made us choose HubSpot over Salesforce, and others.
All of the above is very important. Obviously, it can't be so expensive that what it offers is not good enough. We need it to have at least base functionality, which it does. In my opinion, it's very user-friendly and it's one of the big CRM's on the market, so it can be trusted.
HubSpot is solid and reliable. We've had zero issues with the system itself. In terms of usability, I can't think of another CRM that makes it easy to produce and track all aspects of marketing and sales functions.
Pricing for Hubspot was going to be about the same as what we were paying for Eloqua but we were going to have much more functionality and reporting features.
Hubspot was also going to be easier to use.
The usability was critical. I love that it's integrated perfectly with HubSpot marketing automation, but even if it wasn't I would still be a fan because it's so bloody easy to use.
