Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why
Because when I needed help HubSpot responded immediately and provided me with the information I needed which enabled me to realize that HubSpot was even more customizable and easier to use than I thought! And I already thought HubSpot was very user friendly and easy to use, and then Support showed me how to manipulate the settings, columns and the appearance of the tool.
The 24/7 knowledge base is excellent, there is also the HubSpot Forum & Community Network which works fantastic. For more technical enquiries, the support agents are great at solving and keeping you updated on tickets.
I love that I can request a phone call, and I get a phone call within 5 minutes.
They are always helpful whenever we ask them for any query or solutions.
The support at HS has been fantastic!
I get a response within 48 hours and reps are nice but they can seldom help me fix my issue or find a workaround. I'd like a <2 hour response time at our contract size.
HubSpot's support is very helpful. You can leverage chat, email or phone call support (depending on your level of package with Hubspot). All options really help to provide expedited service, and can answer questions quickly and efficently. HubSpot also has partners around the globe who can help with implementation and management of HubSpot CRM.
HubSpot has a very good customer support, one can chat in real time by phone or text, or send an email. I have not had to use their support very much, but when I have they have been very professional and quick to respond to address my needs and concerns.
HubSpot has always been very responsive and willing to help with any problems I encounter. They also help with teaching me how to do something I don't know how to do.
I haven't used HubSpot support so I can't give them an honest rating.
I think the support could be much better. They try to answer questions fully and as quickly as possible but not sure if it's a volume issue. Most of their resources are fairly useful so that does help a lot, but it's also where their CS team will point you in most cases.
I've never had to use their customer support.
I love the HubSpot support team - they have always been fantastic to work with and extremely helpful. Whether it's via chat or an email, I never wait long for a response and they don't just "answer the question." They dig deep with you when figuring out a solution, and make sure to give you all the information you need to ensure you're ready to go.

I've only had to use support once or twice, but each [time] it was incredibly pain-free and the responses were fast and in-depth. Really felt like they cared about our needs!
They are fast to respond. They listen to my input. They are not always able to meet my request (such as logging in via code sent to my phone as mentioned earlier in this survey).
They were quick to respond to questions we had regarding the Hubspot system and would log in to our account directly to see exactly what we were seeing to help resolve issues. They'd explain the solution so we could learn how and why. If something we were trying to do wasn't possible, they also explained how and why.
Because everything gets resolved by smart, well-trained, great attitude people. They're a joy to work with.
