2 - I work in many Hubspot client accounts, so I'm answering this based on the company I use Hubspot with most frequently. As the main marketing person for this account I am the primary user, followed by the company owner who mostly uses the CRM side and reporting features.

35 - Managing client services website metrics, SEO, social, keywords, list management, you name it. The software is used in all aspects to improve their online presence. The same goes for the marketing team.

21 - The primary users are the Marketing team, however, this is closely followed by our Inbound Sales team. In addition to this, our Compliance team also has access to Hubspot for regulatory reasons and we are seeing more users from our Data, Operations, Projects and IT teams looking at Hubspot to see how its functionality can be applied to other parts of the business.

3 - They represent the following business functions:

1. Management

The dashboards offer quick insights into the team's performance in marketing and sales. From these dashboards, we are able to drill-down into the details for additional analytics. The reporting features are also very helpful here.

2. Marketing, Sales & CRM

For our inbound marketers, the HubSpot platform provides the resources to plan ongoing activities and monitor these on a regular basis. The HubSpot iOS app is an excellent resource to monitor progress on the go.

Originally, we started with our marketing (landing pages, email blasts, social media) and continued to add including adding our Sales Department in their CRM software. There are a variety of add on features available so that you can mix and match your business' specific needs.
