Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

We broke it into phases based on what we could manage. Phase 1 was converting our website over to the HubSpot COS. Phase 2 was importing contacts which included setting up fields and lists. For phase 3, we actually started "doing" market automation.

I just switched jobs so am in the process of implementing a full enterprise deployment. This is going very well and is broken up in phases since we have to build the open API into our CRM and then connect with a couple other tools (all while migrating the website and blog). Hubspot has been fast and very helpful in meeting our needs to get this moving forward quickly and all expectations have been met above standards.

We have various phases of implementation for different clients that we implement HubSpot and inbound marketing for. We always go through a trial or test period, a ramp-up period where we began testing and building things out, and then hit the ground running - as fast and hard as we can ... HubSpot always helps.

I think I started using HubSpot before there were companies out there that did an implementation for you. The implementation was broken up into learning phases as designed by HubSpot - study this video and then do it. I was new to this as was HubSpot, but I found that everything worked like clockwork. It was amazingly easy. The one hard part was thinking of 300+ key words to enter on the key word grader. Beyond that the rest all made sense and their implementation team was a great help.

I am glad that I implemented it because it gave me more confidence in the system and I learned how it works and how to make changes; being a small business this is helpful.

We did buy a block of consulting time with HubSpot to help guide us through implementation but there weren't any specific phases when we implemented. I think HubSpot has a better defined path now but I would still recommend doing the implementation step by step instead of trying to do everything at one time.

The intake process was very detailed. They spent a lot of time at the front end trying to understand our business and kept the info flowing when building out our hubspot. Once it was built they integrated hubspot into our existing database marketing projects.
