HubSpot is very easy to set up and implement. It's simple and a great option for businesses adopting a CRM with options to upgrade in order to gain access to more features and insight at a cost. For a free tool, HubSpot should be on the radars of any business that does not need an advanced CRM setup.

While there are some frustrating things that pop up unexpectedly ("wait... I can't do X?"), I have found HubSpot to be easy to use and extremely helpful to my daily work. The documentation is really good, and when it's not helpful, the support staff have been amazing.

One of the best aspects of HubSpot is the sheer usability, a plethora of different tools teams can make use of, while also being very easy to learn to use. The user interface is very good and has generally improved with each major UX update. It's much better than other products I've used in the past.

It's slick, not overly complicated and gets tops marks for user experience and reporting capabilities. There are times I wish we had a little more control over the platform/CMS, but a workaround is usually possible via CSS, editable code areas, etc. It just requires a different skill set than what basic WYSIWYG allows for.

It's amazing, and the support staff is awesome. The tools are very easy to follow and use, and there are helpful guides in a variety of different areas. If you can't figure out what you need, the help base and knowledge forum is full of answers and of course, you can always count on the support staff. Plus, there's always training available if you're looking to expand your knowledge of the product.

Because it has many features and a multitude of tools, there is a learning curve to understand the platform, but with the tutorials and support videos, it is possible to use the tools with ease. If you’ve already used another marketing automation platform, it’s very likely that the transfer of automation and lead base will take some time to get "the house in order."

HubSpot is very easy to use once you get the hang of everything and know where everything is. To master the tools, HubSpot offers "HubSpot Academy," which teaches users all of the functionality of the software through classes and webinars. Going through the academy is very important and will make you a HubSpot master in a week or so!

Anyone can use it. How well you use it depends on what you are doing and how well you know what you are doing. I'll compare it's usability to Word (rather than, for example, Adobe's software, which I also use but find much less intuitive). Anyone can use Word, but not everyone has good grammar/spelling and spell-check doesn't catch everything. You can learn all kinds of things to better take advantage of the software, but at the same time, anyone can open it and start typing and do basic functions. It supports everything from the most basic lists to awesome and compelling displays of graphic/text marketing. It's intuitive, and you can grow with it and bend it to your will.

The user experience in HubSpot is the best I've experienced within any marketing automation platform, and as a former digital marketing agency account manager, I've tried out more than I can count. Everything is written in layman's terms, the layout makes perfect sense, and there's a help button on every page that you can click for direction anytime you need it.

I have 0 technical skills and I can use HubSpot very proficiently. It's easy to figure out the basics without any training, and to figure out the more complicated stuff too when learning from HubSpot's online information. They do a great job of teaching both theory and functionality in order to get the most out of their software.

I think there are definitely still some kinks that need to be worked out, but the system is so easy to use—I caught on quickly, and anyone I train catches on within a month or less. They also have a very responsive support team, so when you do have harder questions, support is easy to connect with.
