HuddleUp is being used by our entire organisation. Our main aim when we signed up with HuddleUp was to identify the pain areas or what the employees were feeling while working with us and work towards improving it to maintain a healthy and happy working environment.
  • They have an AI driven chatbot with a comprehensive EX framework.
  • The summarized data they provide is very useful and easy to understand.
  • Once we know what the short-comings of a manager are, he/she receives a personalized growth plan, playbooks from world's leading experts.
  • As of now, we are not facing any concerns with HuddleUp.
We being a SaaS company are really happy with the concept and the entire procedure that HuddleUp follows. What I feel is that a company with up to 500/600 employees should definitely use this product. I also feel that this product will help employees to stay connected in a remote working set-up because they have a feature of social connection wherein they regularly connect employees over Slack.

HuddleUp is adopted as one of the most important team building activities at my company. Due to the prevailing pandemic, we could see a lot of demotivation and negative sentiment among the employees. HuddleUp helped us in solving the communication problems and the light conversations helped people to open up. We could see a gradual uplift in sentiments and better inter-department transparency.

HuddleUp works well in overall team-management and facilitating better work culture. It identifies the pain areas before they become extreme. It is a must-have tool and I cannot say why one shouldn't adopt it as part of their culture.
