The combination of calendar and note-taking, addresses the problem of convenience, especially when it comes to meetings that involve presentation - you usually have hundreds of tabs open, hence having software that can at least combine 2 of these tabs into one is a lot of help since you are usually off your double screen during such meetings.
  • Convenience
  • Smart access.
  • Efficiency
  • Ways to combine more functions.
  • It could be more User-friendly.
  • Limits you to a particular calendar event when taking notes.
I think it's important to understand that software recommendations do not come up casually during conversations with your friends so recommending it with no agenda is off the table. However, if someone asks me for tips on note-taking during calls my first priority would be OneNote because it just has more functionality and is usually built-in, meaning you don't have to search for anything online. The second priority would be Hugo though.

For me, having a single place where everyone I work with (both inside and outside the organization) can collaborate on projects as well as keep track of meetings, talks, and decisions is a need. Hugo - Meeting Notes Software fills that need. Previously, our meeting notes were stored in SaaS systems such as Slack and the Google Suite. We now have them all in one location. As a result of using many tools to record our notes, we felt a little out of place. Our notes were a jumbled web of possibilities. It was difficult for us to locate our notes from critical meetings since we could not locate them quickly enough. It's now all in one place: Hugo, where we can access our company's note-taking history. The issue has been resolved without any bother or muss.
  • Hugo - Meeting Notes Software removes ambiguity and uncertainty from discussions.
  • Participants from both inside and outside the organization can work together on agendas and minutes before and after the meeting.
  • The Hugo extension for Google Calendar may be used to arrange and follow up on meetings, both online and offline, as part of your Google calendar.
  • Instead of allowing the user to pick and then rearrange meetings, Hugo - Meeting Notes Software appears to gray out past events.
  • When it comes to finding notes, there are simply too many alternatives and a correspondingly poor user experience.
  • I'd like to be able to delete multiple tasks at once. When I go behind, I need a new start.
Using Hugo - Meeting Notes Software during a conference or any other meeting is highly recommended because of its outstanding note-taking abilities. Organizing a conference has never been easier thanks to this application. When compared to other note-taking software options, this one is less priced and requires no ongoing maintenance after installation. It aids in data security by having an autosave button and backup storage.

I have tried using Hugo for meeting notes and task organization. It helped a lot in helping me keep track of important conversations during meetings, as well as next steps to take. The experience is also made much more seamless as I am able to share meeting notes with colleagues and agency partners.
  • Keeps a clear record of notes that I take during meetings
  • Has a clean and organized interface
  • Allows collaboration and easy access of notes
  • Can improve on auto-save functionality
  • Integrations can only be utilized using pro accounts
  • Random bugs/glitches while note taking
I've found Hugo to be very useful when looking for specific asks/next steps coming from past meetings. It is very easy to find old notes which I can refer to in relation to action logs and next steps. Can't really think of scenarios where I have found Hugo to be less appropriate.

Hugo is a very cool meeting platform, that we are currently using in our firm on a testing basis. It works with my calendar and just integrates the agenda for a meeting as well as any meeting notes that come from the meeting. Everyone sees the same thing and the interface is very pleasing. You can create follow up meetings while you are in the current meeting and you can link to previous meetings so there is a timelines showing the continuity of the project. The idea is that Hugo shows you all meetings in one place, all notes related to those meetings, and related meetings in the future/past. So far, we really like it. Especially useful for lawyers who are constantly moving from meeting to meeting (on different topics).
  • Shares agenda for meetings and allows people to contribute to meeting
  • Allows you to schedule future meetings while in the meeting
  • Platform is pretty simple and we use basic; there are probably many features we have not yet realized exist
  • I don't think many other firms are using it, so can't use across the profession
Very good for meetings within our firm, as we are all comfortable with the software and use the shared agendas/ notes features. I'm not sure how well it works with other firms, where they are not used to the platform and wouldn't know how to utilize it.

Hugo is a collaborative tool for effectively managing the meeting with notes, Integrate with Google and Microsoft calendars allows users to manage the online meeting more effectively. sharing agenda before meeting and minutes of meeting with action items after the meeting. During the meeting, the user can also refer to the old notes and action items.

Taking notes within the group, the agenda of the meeting. I am amused with the basics version for quick daily use.
  • Hugo extension is built-in to personal Google Calendar
  • Scheduling & follow-up process of managing meetings
  • Online and/or offline agenda sharing.
• Doc sharing options.
  • Rich functionality for competitive current market product.
  • User group management.
Able to manage calendar and meeting notes at the same point. The clean and organized interface and the application are updated with improvements. It helps to reduce the number of other apps I use to manage my daily work.

Taking notes during meetings It very much helps in making notes of all the points without missing any. I have been using it for close to around 2 years and have enjoyed using it. I would recommend it to all the people who don't like to make notes using pen and paper.
  • Taking non-meeting notes
  • Calendar integrations
  • It provides a place to manage tasks
  • It needs improvement for cases like 1:1s
  • Feedback notes
  • Template creation speed needs to be improved
It is best used in cases like 1:1 meetings where the individuals need to take very quick notes as the other person is talking. It is very well useful for basic meeting notes. It is less appropriate for cases like final feedback. One can also create templates but the user experience for this needs to be improved.
