We are a Contact centers solutions provider, The main purpose to acquire the Humanity was to manage and maintain of schedule for our contact center agents. Humanity is used to monitor and evaluate the working hours of our employees as well as provide us with the functionality of real-time 11th-hour/Last-Minute schedule changes and notify our staff via app and Email.
  • Provide us with last-minutes schedule changes with notification to staff
  • Scheduling of team
  • Conflict-free schedules based on employee availability,
  • There should be an intimation if someone miss to clock In
  • Customization should be enhanced
It is a user-friendly tool that enables us to make real-time changes and specifically when we are in need of tracking and monitoring of our staff schedule Humanity does it well and provides us with working hours track.

We used it for tracking our work hours.

  • Planning team work schedule.
  • I wish it would warn us when we missed a clock-in or out.
Overall it's a convenient choice for tracking our teamwork hours and coordinating the team schedule. I like how it shows you who is online currently and who is not so you won't bother people who are on paid time off by accident or who are not in the office yet.

We use Humanity to track our in office hours as well as project time and paid time off.
  • It's easy to enter data
  • Good at aggregating all up data
  • Don't provide ANY way to optimize staffing
  • We spent a LOT of time with them working on seeing queue availability for each rep. They tried but weren't completely sure what their product could or could not do. The effort was there, but if they had known their product better it would have been a quick 'no'.
It's well suited for simple aggregate tracking of day to day, time for reps. It is not suitable if you want anything better than a 30K foot view. It's very high level but doesn't help you optimize.
  • None really. We will likely get rid of Humanity in the next year. Everything Humanity does Pipkins can do at a more granular level.
We selected Humanity because we were in complete disarray. They were good at getting us organized, but if you're more organized you won't get a lot of value from Humanity.
