We use Ibexa DXP for our upcoming global website. We will merge 55 global websites into one. We sell 130 B2B products and have a blog. Our content exists in 32 languages. It is quite easy to share products and localize the content. Also, all items like navigation, buttons can directly be translated by editors.

Ibexa DXP is the CMS for our 4 primary websites. Three of those sites are subscription products. One is a research tool containing over 100 years of magazines. The site allows one to search through those magazines.
- Customizable
- API integrations with other systems
- Good selection of page templates for publishing
- Small number of development partners in North America.
- We find the editorial interface still a bit simplistic. Our editors are accustomed to very sophisticated “drag and drop” wysiwyg editing tools. Ibexa DXP still has a way to go to meet their expectations.
- Set up is bit complex. Spinning up a new site takes longer than you'd expect.
- Overall, Ibexa DXP has met all of our business requirements. I can’t think of anything we haven’t been able to accomplish with Ibexa DXP.
- We do see it as a bit expensive to own and operate. Licensing is a bit pricey.
- Ibexa has stood by [its] product. They have been responsive to all of our requests. That's made a difference in the day-to-day support of the product.

Highly customizable, but limited development community
We have been working with Ibexa since 2019 to host our new websites using eZ Publish. We recently upgraded to Ibexa Experience 3.3.10 and are quite pleased with the newer design and functionality. The Ibexa developers we're working with have a strong relationship and continue to help enhance our websites. Overall, we are quite pleased with the Ibexa relationship and solution.
- Highly customizable - though can be very costly.

Ibexa DXP runs our organization's flagship website. It was built from the ground up and tailored to reduce the amount of time it takes to make updates and changes to the site. With the new block-based technology, we can configure pages to appear unique while maintaining a level of consistency that we did not have with our old tool. Content is now micro shareable and bringing in more social acquisition than before. The layout is more streamlined and utilizes reusable content to quickly make sitewide changes if necessary.
- Block technology is by far one of my favorite features of the tool. This allows us to quickly layout content in a unique manner with a variety of display options.
- Micro Shareable content blocks allow users to quickly share our content across the web and drive more relevant traffic back to our site.
- Reusable content blocks allow for better management of content throughout the site, ensuring accuracy with a simple update.
- I really do not have any cons for the tool. If it isn’t an out-of-the-box solution, customizable configurations have been able to solve even the toughest of problems.
- Positive ROI for sure. The employee time saved managing on Ibexa DXP vs our old tool almost pays for itself. The tool is also extremely stable and requires very little ongoing maintenance. This allows us more time to enhance the tool or focus on the overall user experience.
