In the end, the docs and chat tech support were all I really needed. I use stack overflow quite a bit for a variety of languages and services, so I am sure I will use it for IBM in the future.

The IBM Cloud Docs and IBM Cloud product demos and tutorial videos are very good source to get initial start up help and basic understanding of the tool. The documentation is very detail and you can get most of the general information from there. In terms of any specific help, stack overflow is the place.

They surely did. One of the advantages of working with a well established company such as IBM is the big community which can provide support almost instantly on platforms such as stack overflow. The product demos/tutorials are also beneficial since they teach to fish instead of instant relief when there is an issue.
