- Ease of moving apps to cloud and back.
- Easy provisioning based on load.
- Repositioning is very fast and sometimes you don’t have to restart either
Cons
- We need some facility to restore from a previous years backup.
- India based support.
- Billing with Indian local condition and Tax structure.
- Should be provided with some preconfigured images for common use cases

- The speed is very quick allowing the elimination of issues not associated with te problem
- Mirroring the users work but not interrupting what needs to be done allows for better efficiencies.
- The saving of the data quickly and efficiently allows the user and the tester to revisit the data for any updates or changes.
Cons
- I would like to a side by side screen potential in order to view the progress.
- A timer or update scale showing where we are in the review.
- I am always on the front end of the assistance so a review of the update concerning the back end would be helpful for future use.

- Many flavors available
- Relatively cheap, especially for the transient instances
Cons
- The IBM Cloud Web UI is very slow and not responsive
- It would be nice to provide a direct way to choose a template image when creating a VSI
- It would be nice if transient VSIs can be resized (CPU and Mem)
