Once our customers make the decision to invest in IBM Enterprise Content Management, it's a long term relationship. There is a significant financial and human capital investment required, so companies look at this as a new platform that they'll be using for 5 to 10 years or longer.

For all the things I have already mentioned. As far as I am concerned, for large enterprise deployments of content management systems, there just is no better player in the industry. They have and create excellent products that WORK, and the support and enthusiasm we get from the parent is sensational.
