We decided to migrate our SAP server to cloud services a few years ago to reduce the hardware maintenance. Last year, we reviewed our contract with SAP HEC and we decided to verify with a different supplier and decide to go with IBM for the next few years to come. Most of our end-users are using the SAP system for different operations.
  • Good customer service.
  • Good follow up on migration project.
  • Easy to coordinate maintenance with customer.
  • Monitoring of the server not always working.
  • Difficulty to process all the request we open.
  • Hard to follow up the ticket on the IBM cloud portal.
It happened many times. We report an issue on our server and we trying to solve the issue by ourselves but after a lot of research, we found the issue is at the OS level and we need to inform IBM that the server is not working.
  • Negative: User can't use the system if it not working
  • Negative: We need to inform ourselves about IBM security breaches on servers that we do not have access to.
  • Positive: Easier to plan maintenance for an upgrade.
