This is the most critical part. Since Power/Aix are not open to public it's really hard to get knowledge and experience on these systems. You have to work in IBM as a support engineer or join a big company who has IBM systems to learn this stuff.

This system is very easy to learn. The commands are easy to remember and they have a lot of help by pressing F4 on the command. The main software that we use in the system is a third-party application but with all the changes our programmers have completed no way we can update the application.
