Compared to ARIS Process Mining 10 & UiPath Business Automation Platform, IBM Process Mining is more geared toward understanding and improving existing processes, with process analysis and optimization. While others solutions might offer a more comprehensive automation suite, we have preferred the more in-depth reports and vastly easier implementation and lower resource usage, both human and technical.

Identify automation opportunities, prioritize by impact and expected ROI, and fast-track implementation with automated RPA bot generation. IBM Process Mining helps us by identifying non-conformant cases to identify the root causes of deviations, stakeholders involved and impact on key performance indicators. Accelerate digital transformation and through data-driven insights we are able to make faster and more informed business decisions.

I like how this tool creates unprecedented levels of transparency in the way our processes are being executed. Limit our reliance on the human bias with data-driven, fact-based process intelligence. It eliminates human errors by allowing the bots to do all the repetitive tasks and data entry manually. I also like the support that is very unparalleled and solution-oriented.

I like how IBM Process Mining easily triggers corrective actions from data-driven processes insights like sending timely notifications via email or paying overdue invoices so that we focus on the most relevant work more efficiently. We are able to gain complete process transparency into how our processes is running and tackle inefficiencies or bottlenecks and more issues easily. Saves time and cost of operations.l

We selected IBM Process Minging because is simple to apply but is very powerful and have a lot of options and funtionalitys. The other reason is in relation to the cost, which is more convenient than the others

Celonis allows input information to be worked within the tool, while IBM Process Mining does not. In the rest of the functionalities that we evaluated, Celonis and IBM have similar characteristics. However, Celonis license cost is ten times higher. Unlike UI Path, we find that IBM Process Mining allows you to test the product online at zero cost. This was a very important factor in being able to buy capabilities quickly. UI Path only allowed us to see the features with presentations or videos, without the possibility of experimenting for ourselves. Compared with ARIS Process Mining, IBM provides more information, indicators, and analysis tools. Finally, IBM has a team of professionals who know the local market and speak the same language. They accompanied us throughout the process of choosing the product, providing everything we needed to quickly take advantage of the tool.

IBM Process Mining, as the name implies, aids in the analysis of business processes in real-time so that insights may be gained before any decisions or moves are made. To help with decision-making, process models may be set to automatically visualize logs of events, revealing where bottlenecks and inconsistencies exist in the workflow. In this approach, it is simple to make adjustments to procedures by directing additional resources to where they are most required.

Turbonomic has more functionality on AI and ML, while IBM Process Mining has some of that but also focuses more on visualization and KPI understanding. Also, metadata management could be done well with both. IBM Process Mining focuses especially on a digital transformation and has a more cost-effective solution.

A cloud-based solution which helped to analyze the business processes and to find the improvement areas. An automated tool to handle the analysis of applications and processes. An awesome tool for data mining and now we can manage our data historically to provide detailed analysis with the cause which further helped to ensure better performance.

IBM Process Mining is the safest and most effective data mining we could find when compared to the tool which we were using. It aids in the monitoring of processes and allows us to verify what can occur in each of them inside the system. Its simplicity, functionality, and usability appeal to me, since they make it simple and intuitive to use even for novice users. Again, IBM Process Mining increases process analysis, resulting in better performance.
