We optimize our business processes with great ease, there are currently no bugs with IBM Process Mining.
It is a very effective system to improve processes that are not working fully. The detection of these flaws can only be achieved with IBM Process Mining since it is a software with more powerful results than other software that performs the same. Indeed, adaptation to each department was achieved, since it is very easy to implement and anchor to the different departments that use it. We visualize data very effectively and improve where we are lacking, automation is very effective in optimizing our manual functions.
- I like the power of simulations, as they show us hypothetical results to know where to improve, it helps us prevent internal disasters and future improvements.
- It has a very detailed dashboard with very clear and precise functions.
- Each feature is aimed at improving every aspect of our business processes, the benefits are plentiful, and with great ease of use.
- It can be complicated software to understand at first glance by inexperienced colleagues, but the technical support is the best, they are always available and respond quickly to any query.

It's not exactly a bug, but we did ask technical support for help to make our implementation more successful, the response was immediate and the solution very effective, they are very attentive when we need their help.
Initially we required support help for the setup process, since as new users we lacked previous knowledge to be able to use it with greater confidence, but the support helped us to overcome the learning barriers and to be able to increase our benefits in the short term.
