Using IBM Process Mining and being part of the finance department was challenging, but it had to be necessary as we needed to start building productivity into our releases and innovate our strategies. We did not participate in the installation, we only dedicated ourselves to learning the benefits that we could obtain if we got a full deployment of IBM Process Mining, and it worked from the beginning because this system catches the errors that we are not seeing, it is not difficult to learn, our financial services were carried out without setbacks since it is a software that speeds up our processes automatically.

A solution that came to our company to stay, when we started with IBM Process Mining we decided to have it in a trial period until we knew that it was really worth it. This platform works in a unique way. Going through its functions was pleasant, obtaining good results, with options for monitoring internal processes and analyzing our data. I also like being able to have very detailed reports of what is happening in our system at hand.

It is a very effective system to improve processes that are not working fully. The detection of these flaws can only be achieved with IBM Process Mining since it is a software with more powerful results than other software that performs the same. Indeed, adaptation to each department was achieved, since it is very easy to implement and anchor to the different departments that use it. We visualize data very effectively and improve where we are lacking, automation is very effective in optimizing our manual functions.

, We have several processes in our company that we would like to automate, mainly processes that require a lot of time from our team. We recently automated a process using the RDA, and we saw many gains in performance and efficiency. Yesterday I had training with the Customer Success Mr. Carlos Liberato, which was very enriching in terms of knowledge. It was a great opportunity to see improvements to our internal processes.Thank you so much, IBM. Best regards, Milenna Ribeiro (+55 11 98429-9737) Banco Alfa de Investimento S.A

My company offers process automation consulting to our clients. Part of the process of automating processes involves discovering current processes within our clients' companies. IBM Process Mining makes our job a lot easier by facilitating this discovery process. We also use and recommend IBM's RPA software as a complement to Process Mining.

IBM Process Mining is technologically advanced to execute automated processes with artificial intelligence allowing to significantly reduction labor time in a finite number of industry-specific business processes. IBM Process Mining applications depend on each company and each department, it must be remembered that the scope goes from simple automation processes to large business processes such as supply chains. IBM Process Mining is currently in four departments and you plan to continue expanding your scope.

There were numerous issues in our business before IBM Process Mining arrived; because we lacked control over our data, we had no idea where the issues were coming from, much less how to fix them. However, once IBM Process Mining arrived, all of our goals have altered. Comprehensive visualization is wonderful because it allows us to see how each of our processes is progressing and make tiny corrections before they become major problems. With this program, we improve our processes in a very straightforward manner. It is a software that was introduced in 2019, and everything was extremely simple from the start due to its low learning curve and ease of use.

The application discovers the workflow processes and establishes the most secure infrastructure for the production ecosystem. Data mining in the organization has been the main nightmare from unlocking full business potentials. It monitors the ecosystem chain to enable effective coordination among the applications. Powerful set dashboards enables my team to access data visualization for excellent analysis. IBM Process Mining has unlocked many challenges that delayed operations.
