- I like that problems are detected before they become serious, it is a relief for us to have software with a great daily impact on our system.

- It would be very necessary for this software to have a mobile version, since we are not always in our offices.
- The lack of documentation limits the implementation for new users, that aspect should be improved.

- Built in automation processes (e.g. change environmental settings directly from the product instead of running python command via local CLI / terminal. OpenShift supports this by creating some extra runtime pods related to the project in PM
- Excellent, extremely user-friendly program for process optimization.
- Data analysis is particularly active since it finds process flaws and fixes them right away.
- However, it would be more helpful if it had a better mobile application; I constantly need to be informed of any difficulties that may emerge when I am not in the office. I have not experienced any problems with IBM Process Mining; it is not software that causes problems.
