IBM Process Mining enables organizations to identify the business processes that may benefit most from automation by using business system data to create and visualize an end-to-end process to uncover derivations, bottlenecks and inefficiencies that are hidden in business processes.

IBM Process Mining provides users an objective view to analyze business processes, identify areas to focus automation initiatives and create what-if scenarios on prioritizing automation projects.

  • Data analysis is particularly active since it finds process flaws and fixes them right away.
  • However, it would be more helpful if it had a better mobile application; I constantly need to be informed of any difficulties that may emerge when I am not in the office. I have not experienced any problems with IBM Process Mining; it is not software that causes problems.

  • Price is a challenge on our side. It should be considered asap.
  • Sometimes it's difficult for new users to learn how to use this platform. Nevertheless, the support is very user-friendly and supportive 24/7.
