A totally reliable software, since it integrates very well with different mobile devices and computers and with different operating systems, the security breadth is very good, and the protection and management of data guarantee peace of mind in all our departments.

IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson has been able to improve our experience and data protection, the integration was fast, and we made it a useful part of our needs; it provides more security in our data, and our devices are fully protected from Internet risks.

It has very easy-to-apply features; although I was not part of the implementation process, I was able to confirm that it was carried out with great efficiency since we have not had any problems at any time; it is software with a simple user interface; and it has a technical support team with optimal response to our questions.

It allows you to update company devices with different business applications, maintains great security on our phones, our documents are safe and free of threats, when the license expires we will renew it.

It is a magnificent software with a great advantage in configuration, the process of configuration and adaptation to the requirements of our business is not very complicated.

Being a software capable of fulfilling what is needed: you can easily add new devices, it has a management for centralization, complete security of complete mobile applications, among many more robust functions, this tool is very useful in any large company or small, you will feel comfortable with all the staff, so all devices will have total security free of any threats, capable of creating a negative and uncomfortable environment. Its excellent technical support makes this tool the quality of service.

It is always very easy to integrate into all our devices and different technologies, cue already with the necet tools for its total integration and thus it complies with the necessary parameters of the company.

It was implemented in a period of about two weeks after its final purchase, it was a very simple and fast job...IBM carried out a training process of a few hours to help my team implement and integrate this software to our entire enterprise technology, achieving security advances in a very short period of time.

This tool is essential, being your company large or medium-sized, so it will keep the devices protected from any threat that may arise for the total lack of control of the business future. It is easy to use and you do not need to be an expert to install it; Secondly. It has a great technical service that always attends when you need it.

Its integration with mobile, desktop, IoT devices is very fast and simple, everything is incredibly easy in a few steps. Other IBM software is also compatible and we can unify data for integrated management and monitoring with the full set of IBM tools. It is essential to have this software throughout the company to improve security to 100%.

I did not work in the selection-purchase team, nor in the implementation team, for this reason I cannot comment on this topic.

This product has helped me find lost mobile devices and has helped protect our corporate intellectual property as well as making it easier to support our 700 users in our Canada manufacturing facilities. We are better able to manage our fleet of devices and manage the apps that are being used on these devices as well as which apps are being used. We can easily wipe out a device if someone resigns and to better protect information. It makes it easier to deploy a completely configured mobile device to remote users and supports Apple, Android or BYOD. Once configured correctly this product integrates seamlessly with Apple to better manage off the shelf apps or custom applications. This product has made my life working with managing two different corporate entities and their divisions all across Canada with relative ease and leaves me more time to work on other issues. And reports are simple and customizable making it simple to see and understand and utilize the information to make better informed decisions.

It has been very productive in managing our fleet of mobile devices spread across Canada and was easy to use and implement with little effort and easy to maintain once configured and connected to all devices. The interface being web-based makes it simple and convenient to support our users from anywhere. With a simple and intuitive and easy to understand and use makes this a no-brainer for supporting your mobile device fleet for any small or medium or large corporations. The one I support right now has a Canada fleet of over 300 devices spread across the country and has made it easy to support remotely.

Having this product integrated with Apple and your device vendor makes it simple to manage and deploy devices all across the country with little or no effort from your IT department since once configured and setup correctly everything works seamlessly and will improve the productivity of your IT department. Deployment of apps and protection of intellectual property is easily managed from a simple web interface.

I only had 2 issues that ever need me to contact support. 1 was for a license issue for an admin account and another issue with my IBMid.

There are very few scenarios where the solution is less suited. However, if an organization is device-specific with just iOS Devices, there are other less complex solutions available if the said organization has basic security requirements.
Any organization looking for a well-organized granular solution will find IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson to be the perfect fit. Having worked for a different MDM Vendor in the past, it is very clear that this solution not only provides the levels of granularity needed to address numerous security requirements, the level and quality of support behind the curtain are outstanding.

There is a fundamental absolute when assessing the on-boarding of an MDM. There must be a complete 100% commitment to the ongoing learning process required to understand the nuances of the solution. As mobile technology evolves, so does any MDM solution. It is vital any IT person supporting this, or any MDM must be fully vested in ongoing learning and development of skill sets in order to properly support the solution in addition to customers using the solution if applicable.

There really is no simple deployment of an MDM, EVER. However, in my experience, having deployed thousands of MDM installs, if proper preparation prior to the actual deployment is completed, IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson is, in fact, quite simple to deploy. The underlying requirement is to ensure you have a solid understanding of IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson in addition to related technology like iOS, Android, KNOX, and Apple Business Manager.

Rock solid solution with highly accessible support when needed. We do not want to interact with MaaS360 on a daily basis but when an issue occurs we are always able to find resolution due to the various support resources we have access to.

The resources made available to me by IBM were Stellar. These resources remain available today and are extremely important as technology changes.

Configuration is complex but all MDM's are the same. IF you understand that every organization has very different requirements and expectations of what an MDM solution needs to provide, functionality is vast. The secret is to have a game plan, know what you need MaaS360 to do and learn the workflows. These are quite easy once you understand them and are typically static compared to other Solutions.

Having worked in the MDM Space for almost 18 years, beginning with promoting the BlackBerry Enterprise Server, IBM Security MaaS360 with Watson by far has been at the top of the list when it comes to available support as well as education resources as the solution evolves. I utilize many areas within IBM to seek support and education:

2. Support communities
3. SE level support resources
4. IBM Partner resources
5. IBM Champion program resources

Having years of experience with MDM and experiencing the evolution of the granularity of the functionality MDM's have had to evolve, no MDM is ever "easy" to use. MaaS360 rises to the top however, because zero day changes are always ahead of the competition. A huge benefit with MaaS360 and IBM's approach to supporting these changes is that they seldom change configuration work flows. Competing Vendors always arbitrarily change workflows which requires a significnat ongoing learning curve in order to maintain technical competence.
