They are researcher, basically they are faculty member of different department in our university. Because of its strong features, researchers can easily interpret and effectively communicate their findings. IBM SPSS provides a way to deal with missing data. In particular, when working with complex datasets, this guarantees that researchers can handle missing data effectively for the successful completion of the research task.

from BI to basic analytical research on big and small datasets. when generating reports that can by built by syntax scripts. The syntax builder and library is a huge time saver as once built the same report can be generated, if a new set of parameters are needed the current syntax script can be edited and put in production with a short period after vetted

The primary users of SPSS at our university are students. SPSS is often used in their statistical courses and is a requiremenet there. Otherwise, SPSS is often used by graduate students in less statistically-rigorous programs, or older faculty who have not yet adopted to newer software. However, SPSS is available to all students and faculty.

All four individuals at our organization use IBM SPSS Statistics, from the business owner to our project coordinator. We primarily use it for analysis and reporting, but really anyone who needs to look at the raw data will be using SPSS to do so.

People within my organization largely use SPSS to analyze data from academic or grant-funded research. Since I work at a university, people from across all departments and disciplines use the program as our university has a contract with the company to allow us to use it for free. I have used the program to analyze survey data and data from content analyses most recently.

They mostly represent academic research. University statistics uses them for other information regarding student behavior I would think. These are basic functions of research-based employees as well as students that are learning how to use research software for jobs in the future. They have definitely helped with basic job functions.

In my review, I will respond from the perspective of someone in the department that regularly uses SPSS for teaching, learning, and research. I have hundreds of colleagues and students that use this product in my education department to complete teaching objectives, enhance learning, or problem-solve with students, especially in an online environment. Other people across this vast university use SPSS also but I do not personally interact wth these individuals so I cannot comment on their views.
