Companies can't remove reviews or game the system. Here's why

We have explored lot of options, but IBM Storage FlashSystem out weighs everything with its unparalleled performance, stability and resiliency. It offers excellenct security features and even allows to operate on-prem where the security compliance is in place with the same performance. The power consumption is also very reasonable. It is very well suitable for companies of all sizes and serves as one-to-all solution.

Even though the model is suited towards smaller or medium sized businesses, the speeds and performances seen via our benchmarks exceeded any requirements we initially had. The setup was quite simple and the additional features such as allowing for better hyrbid storage and containerization has improved the backend performance of our company immensely.

We are currently using this in a high IO database environment emulating a mainframe system . the performance is nearly close to original storage that was on the Mainframe. The High IO demands are easily met.

The performance off the system can be considered as excellent taking into consideration the price that we paid for it. There are several aspects that should be highlighted as positive for this tool. The simplicity, reliability, accessibility, are the main aspects that we can identify. All the technical topics are of high performance such as speed access, management of data directories and management of users and accesses

Latency and throughput have been excellent. The compression is done natively on the NVME modules so we do not see an impact there. the distributed parity does not seem to impact write speeds at all. We have found database performace has increased quite a bit over our old hybrid storage solution.
Having a single tier of performance makes it easy to set up SLAs for workloads.

One of the best-in-class storage systems in recent times, optimal in delivering state-of-the-art performance for mission-critical business applications and crucial OLTP transactions. In addition, one of the key USP of IBM Flash storage is its guaranteed compression ratio which IBM promises and if it is not achieved it will offer customers free storage. Lastly, flash array works with blazing speed with very low latency (in nano second).

Under normal conditions the performance of the storages is very good, the only thing that can vary the performance is when we use pools with data reduction and the stored space of the pool exceeds 90%, in these cases the performance is very bad
