  • Roadmap View.
  • Project Governance Planning.
  • Prioritization of Entities (Feature/Epics etc.).
Cons
  • Ideas portal - the external view compared to Aha! is lacking, so much so we've had to keep some lite Aha! Seats as an external-facing ideas portal is critical.

Has promise but needs to be less complicated to use

  • Shows/syncs roadmaps with ADO delivery plans
  • Allows for different reporting for tracking work progress
Cons
  • Self-service in configuring new item types, workflows, automation. Requires us to pay a contractor to do these things.
  • Expensive to roll out to organization. We have to limit licenses to users to submit new Ideas, requiring us to define others ways to submit.
  • I'd like to see a metamodel of the way my company has Targetprocess configured of different entity types. The only model seems to be for Targetprocess data/meta-model.
  • Better training, documentation on how to create new entities, set up workflows and automations. The existing documentation only covers siloed topics and doesn't show how to do end-to-end setup of a new entity type. What is EVERYTHING I need to do, not just, how do I update an unused entity type to be what I want. What do I do after that to use it?
