After 4 years of using iContact we finally cut the cord. It was hard to justify staying with them when it seemed like they had some of the most outdated software in the industry, some of the worst deliverability, and were in general extremely lacking in customization. They are a decent ESP for a great price point, so if that is your main concern it may be worth it, but if you want to have your emails you are paying for hit inboxes (not spam folders) then look into someone else that guarantees great deliverability.

Well, the task that I would need for iContact would now fall into another department to handle but when and if I have a future need for iContact then I will not hesitate to utilize it; hands down, it was the best tool and UI that I have used. Easy to use, intuitive and effective. What more do I need? Best. Tool. Ever.

Price, support, ease-of-use and familiarity are the top four reasons I would renew my agreement with iContact. Why fix something that is not broken in my life? Learning a new program can be time-consuming and time is money.

We get frustrated with the inefficiencies, but the integration with our CRM is what makes continue. We've also been using it for years and appreciate the ability to re-use previous templates and view messages sent out in the past. The iContact support team is always ready to assist if we encounter any problems. If it were better configured with Microsoft Office, the number would be higher.

I would renew iContact because their customer service is excellent - they always are polite and courteous on the phone. Better yet, they are available by phone which in today's business environment can be a rarity! iContact has good tools for segmenting lists, which means our emails are more targeted and relevant, which in turn makes us better equipped to target them with products of interest to them.

I have moved to a new company, where until now there has been no electronic use of company communication in the form of direct email campaigns. I have been promoting iContact as a viable and valuable tool, and I hope that we will soon be implementing it here as well.

I think it's an awesome product and haven't found another one quite like it. I tried MailChimp once and it was a nightmare. We use Salesforce to organize our leads and we can easily upload them into groups of the iContact platform.
